As an Independent, I do not have a horse in this race.  As a matter of record, I feel that there are a number of people who would make a better President than the three people who are trying to convince America that they are they are the best choice for President.

I mean, do we need another husband and wife lawyer team in the White House?  After all, the last husband and wife lawyer team did such a good job.

Currently I am having trouble discerning which is worse, Race Discrimination or Age Discrimination.  In my opinion both are equally as bad, discrimination is discrimination. I would think that either statement would offend the right thinking of any American; Osama Obama is too black to be the President of America, John McCain is too old to be President of America.

Yet each day I see numerous news items from the Obama camp or various members of the news media questioning John McCain’s age and that he is too old to be President of the United States.  At the same time anyone that questions a statistic about black and white voters receives an immediate reaction from the Obama camp and that person is accused of being a racist.

Surly we are not so concerned about being politically correct and in such a hurry to correct past sins that in our haste to elect a member of a minority that we would overlook the oblivious discrimination that is practiced by that person.

It is apparent that there is a movement in America by illegal immigrants to re-annex what they consider land that belongs to them.  This Mexican America annexation can be seen in the Absolut Vodka advertisement map, the map from that advertisement is pictured here.

If Absolut Vodka thinks that by redistricting the USA for the purpose of selling Vodka to Hispanics, legal or illegal, and that such advertisement would not be considered an affront by legal Americans that have fought for and given their lives for their country, THEY ARE WRONG!

An issue that appears to fall into this category is the group Atzlan.  Atzlan is a radical separatists group that threatens the territories, sovereignty, and national security of the United States of America.  The goal of Atzlan is to have California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado returned to the country of Mexico.

The contention of this radical Hispanic Separatist group is to force the issue by whatever means necessary.  This group is not new and has been voicing their views for the past ten or so years. Like most radical groups truth is not necessary to voice their oppossion.

The illegal immigration movement in America blames America and Americans for the 'theft of lands' from Mexico despite the fact America took the territory after Mexico controlled it for only 17 years via the Mexican American War which cost over 13,000 American soldiers their lives. Part of the land in question was purchased via the Gadsen Purchase. 

There are three schools of thought in place here;

There are those of us that feel as a country we have gone too far with our open borders and warn that if we are to survive as a country in the future we must secure our borders and reverse illegal immigration by enforcing our existing immigration laws.  This is the view that we feel is logical and a course of action that must be taken by our country.

Others support the Reconquista, Aztlan, or indigenous people's movement.  People that follow this train of thought feel that political control of the Southwest United States should be returned to Mexico. Providing an Amnesty or "path to citizenship" for over 20 million illegal aliens would effectively give Mexico political control.

Others deny that any significant separatist movement exists and they claim that the separatists are only a fringe element and that anyone that is concerned about this issue is a racist. Groups like the ADL and SPLC have made a desperate attempt to try and silence those that raise the alarm.

In the past Atzlan has expressed their ideas in the following manner:

It is quite obvious that everyone knows that Barrack Obama has close ties to Rev. Jeremiah Wright, twenty years in Wright’s church.  When Rev. Wright went on national TV with his racial and anti-American rants, it was the good Father Rev. Michael Pfleger, pastor of St. Sabina’s Catholic Church that came to Wright’s defense.

“I’ll be damned if I’m going to sit back while you tear down Farrakhan and Jeremiah Wright. How dare you. How dare you. How dare you seek to reduce Jeremiah Wright, who’s one of the greatest Biblical scholars this nation has, to a 30-second sound bite and try to demonize him and trivialize him. You cannot do that.”

This just might be a different way to look at the current presidential race, keep in mind that I do not have a horse in the race.  It is not meant to offend anyone, rather to give an alternative point of view.

 It has become obvious that the Democratic Party has shot itself in both feet, the party only had two choices, alienated the blacks of the party or the women of the party.  If the DNC had not allowed Obama to become the Democratic Nominee there would have been rioting in the streets.  The party could not afford to have this happen again, (remember the 1968 Democratic Convention) so they chose the lesser of two evils, and the party decided that they would be better to have the women of the party mad rather than having a race riot.

This sexist attitude by the Democratic Party just might come back to bite them.  There were a number of women at the DNC meeting over the weekend of May 31^st that made it very clear that they were not happy with the way the party and the DNC had treated women.  So mad were these women that they have vowed to vote for John McCain in protest.  Obama supports were stunned that there were Clinton supporters that were this adamant about their feelings concerning the party and the DNC.

Barack Obama has now become the Democratic Nominee and now for the first time he must face questions from the general public.  A general public that is not 100% democrat, Mr. Obama must now face the tough questions from a general public the do not swoon at his speeches and will question his past history and actions.

One question was answered when Cardinal Francis George removed Father Rev. Michael Pfleger as pastor of St. Sabina’s Catholic Church in Chicago and told him to "reflect on his recent statements" regarding Sen. Hillary Clinton and her bid for the White House.  Father Pfleger is the priest who made the sexist and racial statements about Hillary Clinton last week from the pulpit of the Trinity United Church of Christ, Obama’s former church.

Questions from a general public that will wonder why Mr. Obama required over twenty years to leave a church that is based on racial hatred and Anti-American sentiments, only then when pressured and it was the good political thing to do.  Notice that I did not say that he denounced the church for their standings on racial hatred, and Anti-American sentiments, or the sexist statements that have been made from the pulpit of the church.  He has still refused to publicly denounce the church for what it stands for; all he has done is to remove his name from the church membership roles.

Questions that will ask why Trinity United Church of Christ received over fifteen (15) million dollars in tax payer dollars over the past fifteen years while Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Pastor of the church, preached God Damn America and the Federal Government gave aids to the black community from the pulpit.  Yet, when the good Rev, Wright retired from this poor black community church it was to a 10,000 square foot home in a mostly white golf course community paid for by the church and he was given a Ten Million dollar line of credit.

Questions that will ask why anyone that questions Obama’s charter, his choice of radical friends, his inability to denounce these friends, and the hint of radicalism in his basic belief is attacked as being racist. An example is the smear tactics that has been used on Geraldine Ferraro.  Anyone who has followed the career of Ms. Ferraro knows she has never given any indication that she is a racist.  In fact, her life’s work has shown to be the direct opposite; she has worked hard for racial equity.

Yet, the paid Obama bloggers attacked Ms. Ferraro at every turn until they felt that she was no longer a threat to Obama.  This brings up another point, the average middle class American uses the Internet to check their email, check facts, and keep up with family and friends.  The average American does not blog; their children do, if they do blog that have a My Space page at the most.  The average American has no idea that Obama’s campaign is fueled in a big way by paid bloggers and the Internet.

Mr. Obama has said that he wants to have a meaningful dialog about race; I have not seen this from him.  I know as a white male who owns a gun and prays each day; I did not find his remarks about me being bitter as a means of opening a meaningful dialog.

If Mr. Obama really wants a meaningful dialog about race he needs to answer some of the questions that are on the minds of the average working white American about the issues that we do not understand about black America.  These questions are not meant to divide; they are questions that I know are on the minds of white middle class working Americans, questions that are never addressed by the media or by the black community.

That is one of the first questions, why black Americans, why not just Americans?  Why is there such violence in the black community, black on black crimes and killing of young black men by other young black men?  This violence and killing of blacks by other blacks is also prevalent in a number of black countries.  I also questioned the senseless violence between the religious factions in Ireland twenty five years ago.

Why do a number of young black men that I see offer such disrespect for the woman of their community?  Why when stupid young whites look for drugs, one of the first places they go is the black community?  Why the high number of births to single black women?  Why would most any black man feel safe bring his family to my community and knock on my door, yet, I know very few white men that would even consider taking his family into a black community and knock on a strangers door?

Why does the black community not condemn the community leaders that preach hate and division, leaders like Rev. Jeremiah Wright?  As a man, not a white man, a man, I would be the first one in my community to speak out if that type of hate speech came for any church or leader in my community. 

This is the same problem I have with the good people of the Muslim faith, stand up and condemn the people that are hijacking your good name; speak out against that which is wrong.  As a person, not a white person, a person, I have a problem with the number of people that I see in the pews of Trinity United Church of Christ hooting and cheering the hate and anti-American remarks of Rev. Wright.

This type of reaction from the church members tells me that the underlying uneasiness that I feel concerning the racial division in this country is all too real. I know that one of the issues that must be addressed if Mr. Obama really wants to have a meaningful dialog on race with white America is how long must white America be penalized for slavery?

I feel that it will be a long hot summer for Mr. Obama.  From what I am seeing he will have to face the wrath of the women of the Democratic Party that supports Clinton and the average working gun owning God fearing bitter white person.  Both groups having been alienated by either by Mr. Obama or by his party.

In the world of high finance you will find at the top of the food chain the Health Insurance Companies who are constantly looking for new ways to make money.  After all when you are sick and in pain, you want to get better so health insurance is a necessary evil.  For most rational thinking Americans, if there is any way to afford health insurance for you and your family, you will find a way to get coverage.

When I was diagnosed as being disable I was told to apply for Social Security Disability so that I could get the befits that I had paid into for all those years.  After all, I was paying $650.00 per month for health insurance that only covered ME and only paid 80% of my medical bills.  After all, I had racked up over $200,000.00 in medical bills over the past three years; I could use a little help and I had put the money into the system for all those years.  No one told me about the road blocks that you faced in order to get Social Security Disability and the years it took.

More importantly no one told me that after you had spent years jumping through the hoops the government required you to jump through to get Social Security Disability, the fun had just started.   

Enter the world of Medicare Supplementary Insurance Plans!

Once you receive Medicare Insurance you find out that there a number of limitations you must deal with.  You find out that the word donut does not mean treat time; it really means another way for the insurance companies to screw you.  You have to admit it is sharp paining on the insurance companies part to take a life time worth of training where the word donut means a sweet and sugary treat and turn it into a word that means you are getting screwed again.

That is as deceitful as taking the word sex and having it mean I am going to drive a nail through your big toe.  You better get use to the word game with the insurance companies; they are loaded with these nifty little tricks.  As an example, who would have thought that the term “Drug Coverage” actually means “Only If You Take the Drugs We Want You to Take”

Now in the world that I live in, if the Pharmacist tells you never mind what your Doctor told you to take, I want you to take this drug instead, the Pharmacist would be arrested and charged with practicing medicine without a license.   Not so if you are an insurance company!  You see if you are an insurance company and you employee a Pharmacist that looks at a Doctors prescription and that Pharmacist decides that it is better for the Insurance Companies bottom line if the patient takes a cheaper drug, the insurance company refuses to pay for the drug your Doctor prescribed.

What is your choice once the much better educated Insurance Company Pharmacist overrides your Doctors less educated drug decision?  Well, you can either take the cheaper drug prescribed by the Insurance Companies Pharmacist, or you can pay for the drug your Doctor ordered out of your pocket.  If you are like most Americans the reason you have insurance is to pay for your medical bills, if you had the money to pay for the drugs your Doctor ordered you would not need insurance.

What to do, what to do.  Of course the Insurance will tell you that you have a right to appeal which is cumbersome at best, however, the question is what do you do in the mean time?  You have to have the medication, you do not have the money to pay for the drug ordered by your Doctor, and so your only alternative is to take the drug prescribed by the Insurance Companies Pharmacist.  In all fairness, some but not all Insurance Companies have a physician on staff to sign off on these decisions, but not all companies have a physician.  My next question would be how competent can he be when he has never seen you or examined you and does not know your complete medical history.

What about the worst case scenario where the patient is injured by the drug prescribed by the Insurance Company Pharmacist or worst yet, the patient dies.  Will the Insurance Company assume the responsibility for the problems that are caused by their prescription?  After all, the patient would not have a problem if they had received the drug prescribed by their doctor in the first place.  While the bottom line is important and needs to be guarded in order for the company to remain in business, is the bottom line more important than the safety of it customers?

This is the problem that I just faced with Humana.  After open heart surgery and a couple of years of experimenting with high blood pressure drugs, my doctor and I had found a drug (Micardis) that worked with few side effects and allowed me to enjoy a semblance of normalcy in my daily life.  I was on the drug when I signed up with Humana and they approved the drug for the few months for 2008.  When it came up in 2009 they refused to pay for the drug and insisted that I try the drug Diovan.

My physician and I both informed the insurance company that I had tried ace inhibitors and that I had not had a good reaction (Diovan is an ace inhibitor).  Again, the insurance company insisted that I try Diovan, which I did.  The day after taking Diovan I was in the emergency room the next day with a high blood pressure of 255/115 and two hours later a low of 72/45.

After dealing with Humana, it is quite obvious to me that the company discriminates against age and the elderly.  Their Medicare Supplementary Insurance Plans are geared to the elderly and the company is well aware that most of the elderly they deal with have no choice but to take the drugs that are recommended by the company.  They are also aware that the majority of the elderly people they deal with do not have the ability or the means to fight their drug decisions and in my opinion Humana takes advantage of this inability.  Granny is just not big on blogging and letting the world know that she has been had by her insurance company.

I am sure that anyone that fights their decisions will be told the same thing I was told, YOU CAN ALWAYS CANCEL YOUR INSURANCE WITH US.  Just make sure to have new coverage before you tell your current insurance company to kiss off, if they cancel you good luck in finding a new company.

With the normal chain of corruption that follows lobbyist and politicians, it is no surprise that a number of state legislators are considering bills that allow insurance companies by law to use this type of unethical bottom line enhancing practice.  This type of law gives all the benefits to the insurance companies and no consideration to the elderly and aged that need the policy to try and offset medical cost.

If you think that this type of problem does not apply to you, THINK AGAIN.  If you are not old yet, you will be if you are lucky enough to live that long.  Keep relying on Insurance Company Pharmacist's to over ride your doctor and you might not get old.

State drops warnings over 'militia' members

The chief of the Missouri highway patrol is blasting a report issued by the Missouri Information Analysis Center that linked conservative groups to domestic terrorism, assuring that such reports no longer will be issued.

The report warned law enforcement agencies to watch for suspicious individuals who may have bumper stickers for third-party political candidates such as Ron Paul, Bob Barr and Chuck Baldwin.

It further warned law enforcement to watch out for individuals with "radical" ideologies based on Christian views, such as opposing illegal immigration, abortion and federal taxes.

Chief James Keathley of the Missouri State Patrol issued a statement that the release of the report, which outraged conservatives nationwide, prompted him to "take a hard look" at the procedures through which the report was released by the MIAC.

"My review of the procedures used by the MIAC in the three years since its inception indicates that the mechanism in place for oversight of reports needs improvement," he wrote. "Until two weeks ago, the process for release of reports from the MIAC to law enforcement officers around the state required no review by leaders of the Missouri State Highway Patrol or the Department of Public Safety."

He said the militia report was "created by a MIAC employee, reviewed by the MIAC director, and sent immediately to law enforcement agencies across Missouri. The militia report was never reviewed by me or by the Director of Public Safety, John Britt, at any point prior to its issuance. Had that report been reviewed by either my office or by leaders of the Department of Public Safety, it would never have been released to law enforcement agencies," wrote Keathley

The report simply "does not meet" the needed standard for "intelligence," he said.

"For that reason, I have ordered the MIAC to permanently cease distribution of the militia report. Further, I am creating a new process for oversight of reports drafted by the MIAC that will require leaders of the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Department of Public Safety to review the content of these reports before they are shared with law enforcement. My office will also undertake a review of the origin of the report by MIAC," he ordered.

The warning earlier prompted Americans for Legal Immigration to issue a "national advisory" against relying on any such reports.

The Missouri document, it said, "attempted to politicize police and cast suspicion on millions of Americans. The 'Missouri Documents,' as they came to be called, listed over 32 characteristics police should watch for as signs or links to domestic terrorists, which could threaten police officers, court officials, and infrastructure targets.

"Police were instructed to look for Americans who were concerned about unemployment, taxes, illegal immigration, gangs, border security, abortion, high costs of living, gun restrictions, FEMA, the IRS, The Federal Reserve, and the North American Union/SPP/North American Community. The 'Missouri Documents' also said potential domestic terrorists might like gun shows, short wave radios, combat movies, movies with white male heroes, Tom Clancey Novels, and Presidential Candidates Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and Chuck Baldwin!" ALIPAC wrote.

It said the report cited the Southern Poverty Law Center as a resource.

"When many of us read these Missouri Documents we felt that the false connections, pseudo research, and political attacks found in these documents could have been penned by the SPLC and ADL," said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "We were shocked to see credible law enforcement agencies disseminating the same kind of over the top political propaganda distributed by these groups."

 Barack Obama claimed that he was unaware of the tax day tea parties… but how out of touch is the Community Organizer in Chief, really?

Well, this much we know to be fact, he has been UNAWARE on a lot of issues.

- He was unaware that he was attending a church (for 20 years) with a racist pastor who hates America.

- He was unaware that he was family friends with, and started his political career in the living room of, a domestic terrorist.

- He was unaware that his own aunt was living in the US illegally.

- He was unaware of the AIG bonuses that he and his administration approved and signed into a bill.

- He was unaware that the man he nominated to be his Secretary of Commerce was under investigation in a bribery scandal.

- He was unaware that the man he nominated to be his Secretary of Health and Human Services was a tax cheat.

- He was unaware that the man he nominated to be his Secretary of the Treasury was a tax cheat.

- He was unaware that the man he nominated to be the U.S. Trade Representative was a tax cheat.

- He was unaware that the man he nominated to be #2 at the Environmental Protection Agency was under investigation for mismanaging $25 million in EPA grants.

 - He was unaware of the past and present communist activities of his appointment of Van Jones as his Green Job Czar.

It is apparent the President is unaware that more Americans are becoming aware of the fact that he is UNAWARE!

I received the email below, most of which I already knew and most of which is basically true.  If you go online you will find the Democratic blogs are giving you all the reasons why this is still  Bush’s fault and the Republican blogs giving you all the reasons why it is all the Democrats fault.

THE FAULT IS YOURS…. THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!  You have not had the Tony The Tiger hormones to make the right decisions in the past concerning these lowlifes.  You have voted a straight party ticket, you have made excuses for their lies, for their theft, for their bad behavior, for the overall intellectual dishonesty that each of them has which has equated to an overall approval rating of less than 15%.

If a small district in Massachusetts wants to continue to elect an idiot like Barney Frank or a small district in San Francisco wants to elect a moral dishonest person like Nancy Pelosi what can you do about it, right?  You can do what I do, you can write letters to all the newspapers, radio stations, and TV stations in that district, let them know that you will not purchase any good that is manufactured in that district, you will not vacation and spend your hard earned money in that district, and that you will not do business with any company within that district.

What do you think would happen if a few hundred thousand people wrote this type of letter and meant what they said, do you thank Frank or Pelosi would be still be elected when the pocket books of the people who elected him was in danger?

There are 535 Members of Congress, each of them still in office because there are still enough voters that will vote the straight party ticket and who refuse to vote for a person that is not a member of their party.  It is time to reach into your core beliefs, search deep, look at where your vote has taken this country, YOUR COUNTRY and see if YOUR COUNTRY is where you want it to be, if not, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. If you are happy with what has happen to your country forget about this and continue voting the way you have.

Washington is such a sewer that you might have to flush the toilet two or three times before elected politicians get the idea that if they do not do the right thing they too will be replaced.  Just remember, they will not be missed they have an approval rating of less than 15%.

The 535 U.S. House & Senate members have voted themselves $4,700 and $5,300 raises for 2009.

1. They voted to not give you a S.S. cost of living raise in 2010 and 2011.

2. Your Medicaid premiums will go up $285.60 for the 2-years and you will not get the 3% COLA: $660/yr. Your total 2-yr loss and cost is -$1,600 or -$3,200 for husband and wife.

3. Over 2-yrs they ea. get $10,000.

4. Do you feel SCREWED over by the 535?

5. Will they have your cost of drugs - doctor fees - local taxes - food, etc., increase. NO WAY. They have a raise and better benefits. Why care about you? You never did anything about it in the past. You obviously are too stupid or don't care.

6. Do you really think they care about you? SEND THE MESSAGE-- You're FIRED. IN 2010 YOU WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO GET RID OF THE SITTING CONGRESS: Up to 1/3 OF THE SENATE, AND 100% OF THE HOUSE.

MAKE SURE YOU'RE STILL MAD IN NOVEMBER 2010 AND REMIND THEIR REPLACEMENTS NOT TO SCREW UP.

Yesterday I wrote a blog entitled “WHEN STUPID SNEAKS UP ON YOU!” concerning the racist remarks made by Shirley Sherrod speaking to the NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet in March of this year.  A copy of the video with Sherrod’s statements is on that blog.

I am sure that you know that Sherrod says that she was forced to resign from her job as Georgia Director of USDA Rural Development with a budget of twelve (12) million dollars.  According to Sherrod she was told the White House had asked for her resignation as she was driving and that she was told to pull over on the side of the road and to resign right then.

The NAACP denounced Sherrod for her statements, and then they withdrew the denouncement and are now supporting Sherrod, saying that the NAACP was duped by Fox News into denouncing Sherrod.  Fox News said the statement made by the NAACP is simply not true.  Fox says that they only played the tape of Sherrod’s racist statements after Sherrod had resigned, so there was no way Fox News could have duped the NAACP. Sherrod says the racist incident happened 24 years ago and she no longer feels that way.

The point in all of this is Sherrod did feel that way; she was racist in her statements and her actions at the time.  Yes, I did rob a bank, yes, it was 24 years ago and you should forget about it.  The sad part is that the NAACP did not denounce the remarks by Sherrod, which they should have done, before her remarks were made public and the NAACP was forced to denounce the remarks.  This looks bad on the NAACP; it looks like the NAACP only denounces racism when they are caught.

The video that is attached to this blog says it all.  The video is Andrew Breitbart of www.biggovernment.com speaking on the Sean Hannity Show last night about the Shirley Sherrod resignation.  Breitbart was the person that released the tape of Sherrod’s remarks at the NAACP Banquet.  In the conversation with Hannity, Breitbart quotes Mary Francis Berry, Former Chair of the Commission on Civil Rights Commission.

Breitbart contention is that the NAACP, the Congressional Black Caucasus, and the Democratic Party are to cloud the real issues with charges of race. Quoting Berry, Breitbart said, “Tainting the Tea Party movement with the charge of Racism is proving to be an effective strategy Democrats”. “There is no evidence that the Tea Party inherents are no more racist than any other Republicans and indeed many other Americans.”

I have been stating on blogs for over a year that Obama and the people that surround him and his advisers play the race card to easy.  See my blog “HAS OBAMA HURT OR HELPED RACE RELATIONS?” for a list of some of the actions that I feel has hurt America’s race relations from the Obama administration. They have used race to divide Americans for political gain, these bomb throwers shout racism anytime they do not have an answer for any criticism of their policy or programs.

The President is quick to use race, remember Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates Jr., Obama’s rash accusation that police had acted “stupidly.” Never mind the statement to reporters “that this incident shows that there is a long history of racial profiling in the United States’. The race card is used for that very purpose; I have no defense for the hard questions you are asking so I play the race card.

I equate this type of cheap trick and tactics to when a couple is getting a divorce and one of them accuses the other of child molestation.  How do you defend yourself against a charge of racism or child molestation?  No matter what you say, you have been tagged with the charge and it will follow you for a long time. This is a tried and true tactic from the Communist and Socialist playbook, if you have no defense, attack the other party and put them on the defense.

There is not enough room in this blog to list all the associates of Obama that are admitted radicals, communist, socialist, and racist.  From his mother and father who both leaned to communist and socialist teachings, twenty years in the church of The Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright, Dr. Quentin Young, close friend, Democratic Socialists of America, member of the Young Communist League in his teens, Wade Rathke, Former Weatherman and founder of (ACORN), Van Jones, Communist and Black Nationalist, to Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, Terrorists and Communists, just to name a few. Obama has repeatedly surrounded himself with people who use these Alinsky methods and tactics of attacking anyone that poses a threat to your programs and policies.

The most recent example of this tactic was used when the liberal media was found to be covering for Obama and trying to get the Rev. Wright issue covered up.  One of the reports involved stated, use race, pick someone, Rove, anyone connected with the Republicans and call them a raciest. Make them defend the race issue.

The way you fight this is to talk to everyone you know, pass on all the information you can that is true and correct, make sure you check all information before you pass it on, stay away from any race related statements or redarick of any extremist, but most of all talk to as many people as you can and while you talk, pray that America will return to the country that we grew up with. God Bless America!

There is an old RedNeck saying that comes to mind, “only a fool goes to a gun fight with a knife”.  Yet, every day we ask our dedicated Border Law Enforcement men and women to go to work and fight a war that way.

We ask them to go into and fight a battle where the enemy are paramilitary trained (trained by the US) former Special Forces, commandos and military deserters from various Central and Southern American countries and recruited enforcers for the drug cartels.

These Paramilitary types are outfitted with the latest in high tech, high powered, military grade automatic weapons and night vision equipment.  While our Border Patrol agents are for the most part armed with a 9mm hand gun which leaves them outgunned in a fire fight.  While we have special units, one is the American Indian tracking team, which has some heavy fire power; even this unit has had running gun battles where they are out gunned.

Why is it that since President Felipe Calderon declared war on drug traffickers in 2007, he has deployed more than 45,000 troops and 5,000 federal police to help in the war against drugs. Just in case you do not know, it is against the law for Mexican citizens to have guns without the approval of the military, and high-powered rifles are illegal. Still with all of this federal show of force there have been over 9,000 deaths attributed to the Mexican drug wars since January 1, 2007, 6,000 deaths last year.

Yet the wisdom of our President and Congress is that WE DO NOT NEED ANY FEDERAL TROOPS on the US side of the border.  There are areas on the US side of the border that are unsafe for US citizens to travel in.  People who have lived for years on the border are prisoners in their own home; police agencies along the border have issued warnings to the citizens that they are sworn to protect to start carrying guns because the police are not able to protect them anymore.

We are fueling the war on drugs and putting our Border Patrol Agents in harm’s way with the guns we allow to leave the US and find their way into Mexico.  At the same time we are allowing illegal drugs to be smuggled into the US, causing thousands of death, and untold harm to families, not to mention the millions of dollars in drug related crimes.  Still, according to our President and Congress WE DO NOT NEED FEDERAL TROOPS on the US side of the border.

We have not even touched on the problems of national security by allowing illegal aliens from the Middle East into our country that is not tracked.  Then you need to take a look at the old diseases that we thought we had control of in this country, whooping cough, cholera, diphtheria, tuberculosis (TB), plague, leprosy, smallpox, malaria (yellow fever), viral hemorrhagic fevers, polio, mumps, and Ebola, all on the increase and being attributed to the border.

Now for the one reason that will make you sit up and take notice more than any other point I have made in this blog, rare brain worms! These brain worms can be fatal and is being spread by unsanitary food-handling practices which are just one of the latest of the border diseases that we should be worried about.

Several cases of cysticercosis have been identified in South Texas, according to a spokesman for San Antonio's Metro Health District and told to KENS-TV, San Antonio, TX. According to the CDC (Center for Disease Control), cysticercosis is an infection caused by the pork tapeworm, Taenia solium. Infection occurs when the tapeworm larvae are ingested, pass through the intestinal wall and enter the body to form cysticerci, or cysts.

If you think that the oil in the Gulf is a problem; which it is, it will be nothing compared to the deaths, hurt, money and the destruction to the very core of our being as a country that we are facing if we do not get control of the border with Federal Troops and get control QUICK!

Barack Obama is the best thing that has happened to America in the last 100 years. Truly, he is the savior of America's future. He is the best thing ever.

Despite the fact that he has some of the lowest approval ratings among recent presidents, history will see Barack Obama as the source of America's resurrection. Barack Obama has plunged the country into levels of debt that we could not have previously imagined; his efforts to nationalize health care have been met with fierce resistance nationwide; TARP bailouts and stimulus spending have shown little positive effect on the national economy; unemployment is unacceptably high and looks to remain that way for most of a decade; legacy entitlement programs have ballooned to unsustainable levels, and there is a seething anger in the populace.

That's why Barack Obama is such a good thing for America.

Obama is the symbol of a creeping liberalism that has infected our society like a cancer for the last 100 years. Just as Hitler is the face of fascism, Obama will go down in history as the face of unchecked liberalism. The cancer metastasized to the point where it could no longer be ignored.

Average Americans who have quietly gone about their lives, earning a paycheck, contributing to their favorite charities, going to high school football games on Friday night, spending their weekends at the beach or on hunting trips — they've gotten off the fence. They've woken up. There is a level of political activism in this country that we haven't seen since the American Revolution, and Barack Obama has been the catalyst that has sparked a restructuring of the American political and social consciousness.

Think of the crap we've slowly learned to tolerate over the past 50 years as liberalism sought to re-structure the America that was the symbol of freedom and liberty to all the people of the world. Immigration laws were ignored on the basis of compassion. Welfare policies encouraged irresponsibility, the fracturing of families, and a cycle of generations of dependency. Debt was regarded as a tonic to lubricate the economy. Our children left school having been taught that they are exceptional and special, while great numbers of them cannot perform basic functions of mathematics and literacy. Legislators decided that people could not be trusted to defend their own homes, and stripped citizens of their rights to own firearms. Productive members of society have been penalized with a heavy burden of taxes in order to support legions of do-nothings who loll around, reveling in their addictions, obesity, indolence, ignorance and “disabilities.” Criminals have been arrested and re-arrested, coddled and set free to pillage the citizenry yet again. Lawyers routinely extort fortunes from doctors, contractors and business people with dubious torts.

We slowly learned to tolerate these outrages, shaking our heads in disbelief, and we went on with our lives.

But Barack Obama has ripped the lid off a seething cauldron of dissatisfaction and unrest.

In the time of Barack Obama, Black Panther members stand outside polling places in black commando uniforms, slapping truncheons into their palms. ACORN — a taxpayer-supported organization — is given a role in taking the census, even after its members were caught on tape offering advice to set up child prostitution rings. A former Communist is given a paid government position in the White House as an advisor to the president. Auto companies are taken over by the government, and the auto workers' union — whose contracts are completely insupportable in any economic sense — is rewarded with a stake in the company. Government bails out Wall Street investment bankers and insurance companies, who pay their executives outrageous bonuses as thanks for the public support. Terrorists are read their Miranda rights and given free lawyers. And, despite overwhelming public disapproval, Barack Obama has pushed forward with a health care plan that would re-structure one-sixth of the American economy.

I don't know about you, but the other day I was at the courthouse doing some business, and I stepped into the court clerk's office and changed my voter affiliation from “Independent” to “Republican.” I am under no illusion that the Republican party is perfect, but at least they're starting to awaken to the fact that we cannot sustain massive levels of debt; we cannot afford to hand out billions of dollars in corporate subsidies; we have to somehow trim our massive entitlement programs; we can no longer be the world's policeman and dole out billions in aid to countries whose citizens seek to harm us.

Literally millions of Americans have had enough. They're organizing, they're studying the Constitution and the Federalist Papers, they're reading history and case law, they're showing up at rallies and meetings, and a slew of conservative candidates are throwing their hats into the ring. Is there a revolution brewing? Yes, in the sense that there is a keen awareness that our priorities and sensibilities must be radically re-structured. Will it be a violent revolution? No. It will be done through the interpretation of the original document that has guided us for 220 years — the Constitution. Just as the pendulum swung to embrace political correctness and liberalism, there will be a backlash, a complete repudiation of a hundred years of nonsense. A hundred years from now, history will perceive the year 2010 as the time when America got back on the right track. And for that, we can thank Barack Hussein Obama.

WAYNE ALLYN ROOT: Obama's agenda: Overwhelm the system

Rahm Emanuel cynically said, "You never want a crisis to go to waste." It is now becoming clear that the crisis he was referring to is Barack Obama's presidency.

Obama is no fool. He is not incompetent. To the contrary, he is brilliant. He knows exactly what he's doing. He is purposely overwhelming the U.S. economy to create systemic failure, economic crisis and social chaos -- thereby destroying capitalism and our country from within.

Barack Obama is my college classmate (Columbia University, class of '83). As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Obama is following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University. They outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government spending and entitlement demands. Add up the clues below. Taken individually they're alarming. Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs government for survival ... and can be counted on to always vote for bigger government. Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.

-- Universal health care. The health care bill had very little to do with health care. It had everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and health care workers, as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions). Obama doesn't care that giving free health care to 30 million Americans will add trillions to the national debt. What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government. Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill in the middle of a depression?

-- Cap and trade. Like health care legislation having nothing to do with health care, cap and trade has nothing to do with global warming. It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control of the economy and a criminal payoff to Obama's biggest contributors. Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything Obama wants. They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to Obama and the Democratic Party to keep them in power. The bonus is that all the new taxes on Americans with bigger cars, bigger homes and businesses helps Obama "spread the wealth around."

-- Make Puerto Rico a state. Why? Who's asking for a 51st state? Who's asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression? Certainly not American taxpayers. But this has been Obama's plan all along. His goal is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressman and a million loyal Democratic voters who are dependent on big government.

-- Legalize 12 million illegal immigrants. Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free health care alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America. But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted on to support big government. Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children, food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and eventually Social Security.

-- Stimulus and bailouts. Where did all that money go? It went to Democrat contributors, organizations (ACORN), and unions -- including billions of dollars to save or create jobs of government employees across the country. It went to save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could keep paying union dues. It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out (after giving Obama almost $1 million in contributions). A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues). All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America. The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but Obama, the Democrat Party, government, and the unions grow more powerful. The ends justify the means.

-- Raise taxes on small business owners, high-income earners, and job creators. Put the entire burden on only the top 20 percent of taxpayers, redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did nothing to deserve it (except vote for Obama). Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to starve the government. Obama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition.
With the acts outlined above, Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government; and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the system.

Add it up and you've got the perfect Marxist scheme -- all devised by my Columbia University college classmate Barack Obama.

I have received a number of email and comments about our blog “COMMON SENSE IN STRANGE PLACES” on www.aredneckblog.com.

One of the comments that has come under fire is “Have you ever thought why the Democrat Party, their contributors, organizations (ACORN), and labor unions push for the 30 million illegal aliens (not 12 million like Root stated) in this country to be brought into our country and allowed to be given legal status?  The vast majority of them depend on the Government for everything.  Can you picture 30 million more voters that have to have the Government hand outs and will vote for the Democrat Party?"

There were a lot of comments about the number I quoted for illegal aliens in the US, “30 Million” and where I got that number when Root quoted 12 million illegal aliens.  You will have to ask Mr. Root where he got his 12 million figures, I can only assume that he is using the erroneous numbers that have been pushed about and used as fact from President George W. Bush and then Secretary of Homeland Security, Tom Ridge, who used a figure of "8-12 million" illegal aliens in December 2003.

Even if you take the 12 million figures as being fact, a simple way to extrapolate the numbers would be to use a very low 10% increase per year for the past seven years would take that number to well over 22 million today.

I got my 30 million figures from the following:

There is a letter from Senator McCain dated February 10, 2004 floating around the web in which Senator McCain states that an increase of 10,000 total additional illegal aliens is added to the United States population each day. Do the numbers on that statement and see what you come up with?

The union local number 2544 of the Tucson sector Border Patrol give the number of illegal aliens in our nation as: "There are currently 15 to 20 million illegal aliens in this country by many estimates, but the real numbers could be much higher and the numbers increase every day because our borders are not secure”.  You can view the web site of local 2544 at http://www.local2544.org/.

In January 2005, the Wall Street financial firm Bear Stearns did an independent study of the underground economy released in January 2005 by the Wall Street financial firm Bear Stearns, The Underground Labor Force is Rising to the Surface that produced estimates of 18-20 million illegal aliens present in the United States in 2004.  You can extrapolate the number six years later with only a 10% increase per year.

Lou Dobbs, before and after CNN has tried to inform America of the illegal alien problems they are facing, if you would like to see the various web pages of Dobbs statement and numbers which agree with ours, Google  Lou Dobbs illegal aliens, you will find hundreds of pages.

I think that my numbers are very close to being factual and I stand by my number of 30 million illegal aliens.  However, the number is not as important as the reason why the Democrat Party want the illegal aliens to be made legal.  I mean, why would you want to bring 30 million people into our country that has already bankrupt several states with their drain on services?  Why not find a way to get them back to their country and let their country take care of them?

The only answer is that these people who are standing with their hands out for as much support as they can get from FREE Government Services will vote with the Democrat Party.  Again, why would the Democrat Party want to bankrupt the country?  The only logical reason is that Obama and the handpicked group of insiders is following the strategy of Cloward & Piven, What is the “Cloward-Piven strategy" you might ask, I am so glad that you ask!

The Cloward-Piven strategy came about in 1965 after the LA riots. Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven found in the riots a way to develop a strategy to bring about social change. You must remember, this was the start of the hippie generation and everyone was looking to bring about change, any change to the social structure in America.  Wealth redistribution is not something new. Progressive Social Liberals have been trying for years to find a way to redistribute wealth in America.

Within three months of the LA riots Cloward and Piven began privately circulating copies of an article they had written called "Mobilizing the Poor: How it Could Be Done."  Would make a good title for the Obama Presidency would it not? The basic principal behind the Cloward-Piven strategy is that poor people can advance only when "the rest of society is afraid of them," which is what Cloward told The New York Times on September 27, 1970. Rather than placating the poor with government hand-outs, activists should work to sabotage and destroy the welfare system.

What Cloward and Piven proposed was a "massive drive to recruit the poor onto the welfare rolls." Cloward and Piven calculated that if even a fraction of potential welfare recipients were persuaded to demand their entitlements it would bankrupt the system. At this point one would ask why they would want to bankrupt the system.  If you have to ask that question you are not a Progressive Social Liberal and only a Progressive Social Liberal can answer the question of why.  

This is what they want for this country and every country on the earth.  Never mind that it has never worked and never mind that it will never work, the answer you will get from a Progressive Social Liberal is that it would work if it were not for capitalism.

Never mind that when they are in charge they will become the elite and that they will be the one that is oppressing the poor.  Take Mr. Al Gore as a very good example, he has made MILLIONS from the lie of global warming, he travels in a privet jet, a limo, and just purchased his third mansion in California.  Do you see Mr. Gore taking any of those poor RedNecks from Tennessee that he and his father lied to and stole from to get to where he is with him?  Just in case you did not know, Gores father was also a Senator from Tennessee and was just as dishonest as Al; the nut does not fall far from the tree, and another reason why families should not be allowed in politics. You can bet that if there is any way I can help to prevent it, there will never be another Bush in my life.

It is very important to me that you understand that I am not a conspiracy theorist, I believe that most things are fairly simple and that if you follow the money and the logic you will find the answer.  What I am putting forth to you is not a theory, it is fact, and I am not the only person that will tell you this.  However, you can be sure that I will not be the last person to tell you this.

It is very important to the future of this country that someone keeps telling people of the chain of events that have been coming together because of the Progressive Social Liberals desire to make America a socialist country.  There are too many of us out there, people who believe that what I get up in the morning and go to work and earn is mine. 

There are too many of us that believe that it is not the Governments role to take care of us from the cradle to the grave. There are too many of us, RedNecks, that love our freedom to much to allow anyone to take that freedom from us to ever stop reminding you, that you MUST LIVE FREE OR DIE!

I want you to meet two men from my generation, two men like myself that were not given anything in life that they did not work for.  Who have received no handouts from the government; the government has not bailed us out of anything, we have had to pay our own way through life and our own bills.

(picture at left taken 1965) Except for one semester in college when jobs were scarce, and a six-month period when I was between jobs, but job-hunting every day, I’ve worked, hard, since I was 18. Despite some health challenges, I still put in 50-hour weeks, and haven’t called in sick in seven or eight years. I make a good salary, but I didn’t inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, there’s no retirement in sight, and I’m tired. Very tired.

I’m tired of being told that I have to “spread the wealth around” to people who don’t have my work ethic. I’m tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy or stupid to earn it.

I’m tired of being told that I have to pay more taxes to “keep people in their homes.” Sure, if they lost their jobs or got sick, I’m willing to help. But if they bought McMansions at three times the price of our paid-off, $250,000 condo, on one-third of my salary, then let the leftwing Congresscritters who passed Fannie and Freddie and the Community Reinvestment Act that created the bubble help them—with their own money.

I’m tired of being told how bad America is by leftwing millionaires like Michael Moore, George Soros and Hollywood entertainers who live in luxury because of the opportunities America offers. In thirty years, if they get their way, the United States will have the religious freedom and women’s rights of Saudi Arabia, the economy of Zimbabwe, the freedom of the press of China, the crime and violence of Mexico, the tolerance for Gay people of Iran, and the freedom of speech of Venezuela. Won’t multiculturalism be beautiful?

I’m tired of being told that Islam is a “Religion of Peace,” when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and daughters for their family “honor;” of Muslims rioting over some slight offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren’t “believers;” of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for “adultery;” of Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur’an and Shari’a law tells them to.

I believe “a man should be judged by the content of his character, not by the color of his skin.” I’m tired of being told that “race doesn’t matter” in the post-racial world of President Obama, when it’s all that matters in affirmative action jobs, lower college admission and graduation standards for minorities (harming them the most), government contract set-asides, tolerance for the ghetto culture of violence and fatherless children that hurts minorities more than anyone, and in the appointment of US Senators from Illinois. I think it’s very cool that we have a black president and that a black child is doing her homework at the desk where Lincoln wrote the emancipation proclamation. I just wish the black president was Condi Rice, or someone who believes more in freedom and the individual and less in an all-knowing government.

I’m tired of a news media that thinks Bush’s fundraising and inaugural expenses were obscene, but that think Obama’s, at triple the cost, were wonderful. That thinks Bush exercising daily was a waste of presidential time, but Obama exercising is a great example for the public to control weight and stress, that picked over every line of Bush’s military records, but never demanded that Kerry release his, that slammed Palin with two years as governor for being too inexperienced for VP, but touted Obama with three years as senator as potentially the best president ever.

Wonder why people are dropping their subscriptions or switching to Fox News? Get a clue. I didn’t vote for Bush in 2000, but the media and Kerry drove me to his camp in 2004.

I’m tired of being told that out of “tolerance for other cultures” we must let Saudi Arabia use our oil money to fund mosques and Madrasah Islamic schools to preach hate in America, while no American group is allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia to teach love and tolerance.

I’m tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate. My wife and I live in a two-bedroom apartment and carpool together five miles to our jobs. We also own a three-bedroom condo where our daughter and granddaughter live. Our carbon footprint is about 5% of Al Gore’s, and if you’re greener than Gore, you’re green enough.

I’m tired of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses while they tried to fight it off? I don’t think Gay people choose to be Gay, but I damn sure think druggies chose to take drugs. And I’m tired of harassment from cool people treating me like a freak when I tell them I never tried marijuana.

I’m tired of illegal aliens being called “undocumented workers,” especially the ones who aren’t working, but are living on welfare or crime. What’s next? Calling drug dealers, “Undocumented Pharmacists”? And, no, I’m not against Hispanics. Most of them are Catholic and it’s been a few hundred years since Catholics wanted to kill me for my religion. I’m willing to fast track for citizenship any Hispanic person, who can speak English, doesn’t have a criminal record and who is self-supporting without family on welfare, or who serves honorably for three years in our military. Those are the citizens we need.

I’m tired of latte liberals and journalists, who would never wear the uniform of the Republic themselves, or let their entitlement-handicapped kids near a recruiting station, trashing our military. They and their kids can sit at home, never having to make split-second decisions under life and death circumstances, and bad mouth better people then themselves. Do bad things happen in war? You bet. Do our troops sometimes misbehave? Sure. Does this compare with the atrocities that were the policy of our enemies for the last fifty years—and still are? Not even close. So here’s the deal. I’ll let myself be subjected to all the humiliation and abuse that was heaped on terrorists at Abu Ghraib or Gitmo, and the critics can let themselves be subject to captivity by the Muslims who tortured and beheaded Daniel Pearl in Pakistan, or the Muslims who tortured and murdered Marine Lt. Col. William Higgins in Lebanon, or the Muslims who ran the blood-spattered Al Qaeda torture rooms our troops found in Iraq, or the Muslims who cut off the heads of schoolgirls in Indonesia, because the girls were Christian. Then we’ll compare notes. British and American soldiers are the only troops in history that civilians came to for help and handouts, instead of hiding from in fear.

I’m tired of people telling me that their party has a corner on virtue and the other party has a corner on corruption. Read the papers—bums are bi-partisan. And I’m tired of people telling me we need bi-partisanship. I live in Illinois, where the “Illinois Combine” of Democrats and Republicans has worked together harmoniously to loot the public for years. And I notice that the tax cheats in Obama’s cabinet are bi-partisan as well.

I’m tired of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of both parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful mistakes, when we all know they think their only mistake was getting caught. I’m tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor.

Speaking of poor, I’m tired of hearing people with air-conditioned homes, color TVs and two cars called poor. The majority of Americans didn’t have that in 1970, but we didn’t know we were “poor.” The poverty pimps have to keep changing the definition of poor to keep the dollars flowing.

I’m real tired of people who don’t take responsibility for their lives and actions. I’m tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination, or big-whatever for their problems.

Yes, I’m damn tired. But I’m also glad to be 63. Because, mostly, I’m not going to get to see the world these people are making. I’m just sorry for my granddaughter.

Two weeks ago, as I was starting my sixth month of duty in Iraq; I was forced to return to the USA for surgery for an injury I sustained prior to my deployment. With luck, I'll return to Iraq to finish my tour.

I left Baghdad, and a war that has every indication that we are winning, to return to a demoralized country much like the one I returned to in 1971 after my tour in Vietnam. Maybe it's because I'll turn 60 years old in just four months, but I'm tired:

I'm tired of spineless politicians, both Democrat and Republican, who lack the courage, fortitude and character to see these difficult tasks through.

I'm tired of the hypocrisy of politicians who want to rewrite history when the going gets tough.

I'm tired of the disingenuous clamor from those that claim they 'Support the Troops' by wanting them to 'Cut and Run' before victory is achieved.

I'm tired of a mainstream media that can only focus on car bombs and casualty reports because they are too afraid to leave the safety of their hotels to report on the courage and success our brave men and women are having on the battlefield.

I'm tired that so many Americans think you can rebuild a dictatorship into a democracy overnight. I'm tired that so many ignore the bravery of the Iraqi people to go to the voting booth and freely elect a Constitution and soon a permanent
Parliament.

I'm tired of the so called 'Elite Left' that prolongs this war by giving aid and comfort to our enemy, just as they did during the Vietnam War.

I'm tired of antiwar protesters showing up at the funerals of our fallen soldiers, a family whose loved ones gave their life in a just and noble cause, only to be cruelly tormented on the funeral day by cowardly protesters is beyond shameful.

I'm tired that my generation, the Baby Boom --Vietnam generation, who have such a weak backbone that they can't stomach seeing the difficult tasks through to victory.

I'm tired that some are more concerned about the treatment of captives than they are the slaughter and beheading of our citizens and allies.

I'm tired that when we find mass graves it is seldom reported by the press, but mistreat a prisoner and it is front-page news.

Mostly, I'm tired that the people of this great nation didn't learn from history that there is no substitute for victory.

Over the past couple of weeks I have started questioning the truth behind why Obama is doing what he is doing.  I have found him to be less than honest about his true racial beliefs and over the past year there have been a long list of reasons why.

It has been just under a year since the arrest of Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. after he broke into his own home, and President Barack Obama’s rash accusation that police had acted “stupidly.” Never mind that the President should have never injected himself into this situation to start with, friend or not, much less to make the statement to reporters “that this incident shows that there is a long history of racial profiling in the United States’.

If you remember, it was Gates that was arrested for the disorderly conduct he continually displayed during the incident.  He called Sgt. Crowley a racist, kept yelling and continued to shout racially charged accusations at Sgt. Crowley even after he tried to walk away.

I might inject something that you did not hear about because it was not given much press by the main stream media at the time.  It appears that Obama had a previous run in, actually 17, with the Cambridge Police Department.  According to the Somerville Times, Obama, as a Harvard Law School student received 17 parking tickets during 1989 – 1991 from the Cambridge Police Department.  Obama had left Cambridge and left the 17 parking tickets unpaid until just weeks before he announced his bid for President of The United States.

John LeBoutillier of NewsMax.com puts it this way, "In other words, as a practicing lawyer in Chicago (officer of the court), he allowed these tickets and penalties to remain unpaid; as an Illinois state senator he allowed these tickets and fines to remain unpaid; and as a United States senator he allowed these almost-two-decade-old signs of his disdain for the law to remain unpaid."

At the same time, Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, a black minister and Founder and President of BOND Action, Inc., called for Obama to apologize.  

Rev. Peterson went further and stated that Obama was wrong and had elevated the incident to a national racial crisis. "Barack Obama was wrong to malign and insult the Cambridge police department without knowing the facts. He wasn't there. This was a local law enforcement issue; yet Obama chose to elevate it to a national racial crisis on prime time television. Obama's comments were racist and irresponsible. He owes the nation an apology,"

 "Barack Obama is Jeremiah Wright, Jr. Obama's racially tinged and bias remarks validate the hatred that many black Americans feel towards police, especially white cops. He has stirred up racial tensions and is causing deep irreparable damage to race relations in this country," he said. "Mr. President, words have consequences. Do the right thing as a man and as president and apologize. Apologize to Sgt. James Crowley and the Cambridge Police Department. Apologize to white Americans; then apologize to black Americans for encouraging and in many cases validating their hatred of whites and police officers."

Bill Cosby, entertainer, author, and speaker, appearing on Boston Radio WZLC said he was shocked to hear the comment from the president.  Cosby said, "If I'm the president of the United States, I don't care how much pressure people want to put on it about race, I'm keeping my mouth shut."

Jimmy E. Greene, founder of the Saginaw Valley African-American Leadership Training Institute, and former Saginaw Mayor, speaking to the Saginaw News, said Obama’s election may have hurt advancements in race relations by creating an environment where opponents who want to speak against the president’s policy fear a racist label.

Greene, a Republican, said white conservatives who share his views often are dismissed as prejudiced. “If there is a white guy and me, and we look at Barack’s health plan and say, ‘This thing is taxation and not the best thing,’ ” Greene said, “I get (labeled) a Republican. The white guy says the same thing, and he gets called a racist.”

When it comes to political policy, Greene said, race should not factor in the debate. “It’s muffled conversations that would have elevated (debate),” Greene said. “I don’t think you forward race relations when people aren’t talking.”

This is what has happened many times over the past months, if you disagree with Obama or a cause that he is backing, you will be labeled a racist and any dirt that can be found on you will be used to discredit you.  This is a typical standard Chicago type political move which even Jimmy Carter got caught up in.  In an interview with NBC's Brian Williams, former President Jimmy Carter said he has been extremely bothered by the heightened climate of racial and other hate speech since the election of President Barack Obama.

There are two problems that we as Americans are facing that will destroy our county in a very short time if the problems are not corrected.  One is the open border policy on the Southern Border that the idiots we have placed in charge in Washington have made us live with. That is another story; however, we need to get rid of the people in Washington.

The other is the idiotic belief that we, as Americans, MUST incorporate Sharia Law into American communities and the American Legal System in order to placate Muslims that are living in America.

What is Sharia Law you might ask?  Well, I am glad you ask, Sharia Law has been described as: "... a religious code for living, in the same way that the Bible offers a moral system for Christians." 

NO ONE knows just how many Muslim girls and women are murdered each year in the name of family "honor," since their deaths frequently go unreported and unpunished around the world. The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) estimates that the annual worldwide total of honor-killing victims may be as high as 5,000.  Now honor killings have come to America, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Where are all the women’s rights groups on this issue?

However, leave it to the politically correct Americans to take this horrible custom of honor killing one step beyond idiotic. In February, 2010 an Iraqi immigrant accused of killing his daughter, 20-year-old Noor Faleh Almaleki, in an honor killing for being "too Westernized" by using his Jeep Cherokee to run down her and another woman in a Peoria parking lot Oct. 20 will not face the death penalty.

Almaleki will not face the death penalty so that there is "some level of assurance that there is no appearance that a Christian is seeking to execute a Muslim for racial, political, religious or cultural beliefs”.

I want to make sure that you understand this, because prosecutors are afraid that the Muslim world would think that Christians were seeking to execute a Muslim for racial, political, religious or cultural beliefs they would not ask for the death penalty. WHAT ABOUT WHAT THE LAW SAID?

He can kill for his religious and political Sharia belief and be prosecuted, which is OK; the problem is that we American Christians can’t be the ones to kill him for the crime.  And because of the County Attorney Andrew Thomas' being Christian we can’t impose the death penalty.  I have an idea, let’s try him in America, find him guilty, impose the death penalty and then ship him to some other country so they can execute him.  I mean, we could put the execution of this cold blooded murder on eBay and let the country with the highest bid execute him. My God, what would have happened if the County Attorney had been Jewish, not prosecute at all?

They liken the case to honor killings that occur in the Middle East, Africa and other parts of the world. In tribal societies where the practice occurs, male family members feel they must kill a rebellious relative who shames them by not adhering to traditional Muslim values.

Almaleki was charged with first-degree murder, aggravated assault and two counts of leaving the scene of a serious accident. Prosecutors said Almaleki has admitted killing his daughter because she disgraced the family by not following traditional Iraqi or Muslim values. Noor, Almaleki’s daughter, had reportedly married a man in Iraq and returned to Arizona to live with a boyfriend and his mother in Surprise, police said. He obviously felt that he had been shamed because she was not adhering to traditional values.

According to a 2004 United Nations Report, "Women and young girls are set ablaze, strangled, shot at, clubbed, stabbed, tortured, axed, or stoned to death,".  Around the world "Their bodies are found mutilated with their throat slit or they are chopped into pieces and thrown in a ditch."

The United Nations Report  listed the honor killing in Pakistan of "a 16-year-old girl who was reportedly electrocuted to death after being drugged with sleeping pills and being tied to a wooden bed with iron chains." Her offense: marrying a boy from the wrong community. The report also states countless others have lost their lives for refusing an arranged marriage, wearing Western-style clothing, having a boyfriend, or even being raped.

The only place in the world you can find honor killings is in Islamic countries. There are many authorities that say Islamic religious tradition does not sanction honor killing, however, at the same time, it has long been accepted in many Muslim societies. If there is any punishment for the perpetrators of honor killings, it is typically a light punishment, months, if it is punished at all.

There have been very few attempts by Islamists countries to try and stop this barbaric practice.  When attempts have been made, they were soundly defeated.  In 2003, Jordan’s Parliament  overwhelmingly defeated a proposal by the King to impose harsher penalties for honor killings.

In 2001, King Abdullah passed a temporary bill imposing harsher penalties for honour killings. In 2003, parliament voted to dissolve the bill; the reason, mostly because Islamists objected on the grounds that if there were more severe punishment it would violate religious traditions and damage Jordanian society.

Other motivations can come into play.  Over 80 Iraqi women in Diyala province committed suicide, to escape the shame of having been raped. They chose to become suicide bombers to escape the shame; their rapes were planned in advance by a 51-year-old Iraqi woman Samira Jassim, who confessed to Iraqi police that she organized their rapes so she could later persuade each of them to become a suicide bomber to escape their shame.

While this lethally barbaric behavior is appalling on its face and that this Dark Age barbaric behavior is allowed to persist anywhere is an abomination.  It is ever more appalling that Americans would even entertain having the blood and shame of honor killing on its hands.

Is this the type of law you want to be implemented in ANY community in America or in ANY court of law anywhere in the America that you know and call home?  Sharia Law has NO place in America FOR ANY REASON; anytime you hear the words Sharia Law in America, SAY NO!

Everyone from President Obama to Attorney General Holder (who has not read the bill) to the liberal news media has misrepresented the facts of the bill, stirring Liberal Progressive Socialists, illegal aliens, and any far left fringe nut case to the brink with irresponsible misrepresentation.

Well, I have come up with the perfect solution and it will not cost you an arm and a leg.  Monday I will place a check in the amount of four ($4.00) dollars in the mail, one ($1.00) dollar for each member of my family, and made payable to the Arizona State Treasurer. 

Now before you start thinking that my puny $4.00 will not make up for the millions of dollars the State of Arizona stands to lose from the boycotts purposed by San Francisco and Los Angeles, how about the million people that would like to feel good from doing THE RIGHT THING?

Your cell phone rings and it is your fourteen year old son who is home alone.  The sound of his voice is to the point of being hysterical as he tells you that he has locked himself in his bedroom and that there are over 500 hundred people that he does not know surrounding your home and that he is very afraid.

As you are hanging up the phone and trying to clear your head and understand what is happening at your home, your phone rings again, this time it is your neighbor across the street who tells you that between 500 – 700 people who have bull horns and have arrived at your home in fourteen large buses and they are in all the neighbors yards and are screaming about your crimes. As your neighbor hangs up she informs you that there are police in the neighborhood, however, they are not doing anything about what is happening.

Who do you call for help?  What do you do to help your son?  What do you do to help your neighbor? What do you do?  WHAT THE HELL DO YOU DO?

This happened this week to the private residence of Greg Baer, deputy general counsel for corporate law at Bank of America, and it happened in the good old USA just outside the nation’s capitol.  Very strange, in another time in another world the shirts were brown not purple like the one’s worn by SEIU and the idol was the leader of their country, Germany not America.

The police have told so many conflicting stories that who knows what the truth is.  DC Metro police were seen as the Mob approached Mr. Baer’s home and people have stated that they were told by DC Metro police that the reason that they were not doing anything was because “it would only incite the crowd more”.  The only problem with the DC Metro police being involved is that MOB WAS IN CHEVY CHASE MARYLAND and they would be out of their area, the question is why were the DC Metro Police in Maryland and why were no arrests made?

However, according to Corporal Dan Friz, an MCPD spokesperson in Rockville, Maryland, the department received a disturbance call from one of Baer’s neighbors at 4:10 pm last Sunday. Four MCPD units arrived at Baer’s Greenville Rd. address at 4:15 pm.  At least two Metropolitan Police Department units from the nearby District of Columbia were already at the scene when they arrived.

While SEIU has been busy disrupting Maryland neighborhoods and scaring fourteen year old boys how many people have checked on the amount of money SEIU owes the bank they were protesting, Bank of America?   Well, when you check on that amount you will find that six years ago SEIU indebted for the amount of 8 million dollars.  In 2007, the SEIU owed Bank of America nearly $95 Million, and by the end of 2008, SEIU owed more than $156 million dollars.  Find out more from the Wall St. Journal online at, http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124458836591599769.html

Speaking with a group of people this week and I was a little more the surprised to find the lack of knowledge this very dirverse group had of The Declaration of Independence, The United States Constitution, and The Bill Of Rights. 

These were college educated professionals and they were just comletely unaware, no, they were ignorant of the documents that give them their freedom and the documents that should govern our Republic.  Yes Rebecca, we are a Republic not a Democracy like the majority of the people that I was speaking with thought.

If you do nothing else for yourself or for your family in the coming months, you need to educate yourself and your children about The Declaration of Independence, The United States Constitution, and The Bill Of Rights.  It would also behoove you to teach your children about the founding fathers.  The Founding Fathers were made of the stuff that made this country great at the same time you will be amazed at the facts and rumors about these men that you did not know.

This is for all my friends in Pennsylvania, the rest of you need to keep this where you can find it and change the state above when it is time for the election of a Congressman or Senator from your state.  You see the names and places of the players change, the rules of the game remain the same.

I keep hearing the following from all the pundits and talking heads, mostly this time from the democratic side that this is politics as usual, the way Washington works, nothing new, and my favorite, it has always been that way.  One leading democratic talking head Bob Beckel who is an American political commentator and an analyst on the Fox News Channel even sent me running to the bath room with, “I feel sorry for Bill Clinton who got caught in the middle”.

Then there is Joe Sestak, this man can’t be too bright.  Now before you start in on me about making an observation about Mr. Sestak’s problem solving abilities, you need to back off and take a close look at the facts.  Here is poor old Joe who has retired from the Navy as an Admiral, thank you for your service Joe, and feels that his retirement is not enough so he will put the topping on the cake with a few years in Congress and retire with some real money, I think they call it double dipping.

Then this great opportunity to become a US Senator from Pennsylvania comes along, and as everyone knows you only have to run for office and beg to keep your job once every six years as a Senator, whereas being a Congressman you are required to be in re-elect mood on a continual basis.  I mean, you are elected and then less than a year later you have to gear up to start the campaign all over again.

Enter now stage left, Bill Clinton.  Could someone please tell this poor misguided man that he is the husband of the Secretary of State and no longer the President?  I digress, Bill tells Joe that he is in the way and it would be better if Joe was doing something else and he has the perfect job for him, he can head up a Presidential Committee for President Obama, of course it would be a nonpaying job, he just needs to drop out of the race against incumbent Arlen Specter.

Now follow me on this, this is where the man is not too bright.  How insulting, I mean here is Clinton telling you that he is here because the President and the White House in general feels that you can’t beat Specter and that the President and the White House will be supporting Specter and to add insult to injury, he only offers you some puny no pay job.

I mean come on, if this man has any Tony the Tiger hormones he would have thrown Clinton out on his unethical ear, called a press conference and told the world what had transpired and informed the world that he no longer wanted to be associated with any political party that would pull this type of unethical, dishonest, and illegal behavior and that as of this minute he was an Independent candidate for the US Senate.  I assure you that he would have been voted in no matter who he was running against.

Now Joe has proven that he is nothing more than a member of a political party that feels that he is not worth very much and that you can insult him and belittle him and he will take it.  Now you know why people like Joe Sestak follow everything Pelosi and Reid tells them to do.

So to the good people of Pennsylvania, you should consider whoever will be running against Mr. Sestak, because you now know who and what Joe Sestak is and what he feels his worth is.

This time Obama has stepped in it with both feet when he decided to pick a fight with Jon Kyl, Senator from Arizona.  If you do not know, please take my word for this, Jon Kyl is one of the most respected Senators in congress.  He has never been touched by a hint of scandal, he is known as a man of his work, if he is anything, it is he is very careful to choose his words and to express himself so that he is understood.

In case you have not heard the latest snit in Washington, Senator Jon Kyl and President Obama meet in the Whitehouse and had a discussion about illegal aliens and securing the Southern Border with Mexico.  Later Senator Kyl was holding a town hall meeting in Arizona where he told those in attendance said the President told him, "if we secure the border, then you all won't have any reason to support comprehensive immigration reform."

You could hear the gasp of the crowd after Senator Kyl had made the statement.  As soon as a video of the meeting hit the internet and the news media, the Obama’s cleanup and hit teams were out in force saying that Kyl was not telling the truth.  Obama front man Bill Burton was asked if the White House would provide its version of the conversation, Burton responded "no." 

Senator Kyl issued a statement later to Fox News, “I portrayed our conversation totally accurately ... The president cannot say that what I said was incorrect.”  Last Thursday was the deadline for the Obama administration to meet with Arizona officials to work out help with the border problem as he had promised the Governor of Arizona when they meet two weeks ago.

Last week the State of Arizona found out that instead of help, the Department of Justice was going to sue Arizona for their new Illegal Alien law.  The Governor was notified by the DOJ but found out when Sectary of State Hilary Clinton had a slip of the tongue while speaking with a reporter for an Ecuadorean TV station.  You might remember that Obama only meet with Governor Jan Brewer two weeks ago after public pressure forced the issue.

That a setting President would treat the elected officials of a state the way Obama has treated the peoples elected officials of Arizona.  That he would do a dog and pony show and spend the money to file a law suit against the Illegal Alien law that the people of Arizona want, is just unreasonable.  Our tax dollars will go to grandstand for the benefit Illegal Aliens to show Illegal Aliens just how much Obama and the Democratic Party love them, see we are fighting for you. Never mind that we are going to lose, never mind that we are going to spent a lot of tax payer money, just remember, if you get a chance to illegally vote in an election (which illegal aliens do), vote Democratic. 

Another Redneck prophecy, mark this one down, Arizona will win this legal battle but at what expense to a state that is already hurting from the money that has been spent on Illegal Aliens for social services and Obama is just adding insult to injury.

As time goes on, more and more I am coming to believe that Obama has a serious problem with the truth.  The truth to President Obama is what he finds it to be at that moment based on politics. Second, he knows that there is going to be a bloodbath in November and that he will lose on house, if not both houses of congress and that he will not get anything done so he is going to push everything down our throats that he can while he can.  Third, he knows that he is a one term president and he will be a lame duck president after November.

There is no other reason for a man that has shown himself to be shallow and transparent, to openly pick a fight with one of the most respected men in Congress. One of these men is not only not telling the truth, no, one of these men is just out and out telling a lie.  From what I know of one man and what I have seen of the other, at the end of the day I think that history will prove me to be right when I tell you that Jon Kyl is an honorable man.

Just one more thing to have in the back of your mind when you step into the voting booth this November.  This video says it all.

While President Obama went on the road today to promote Immigration Reform (Washington Double Speak For Amnesty) his mistakes and lunacy just keep coming in the area of immigration, this time in an appointment for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Would you appoint a person who was a known thief to be you police chief?  That would seem to be an idiotic decision at best. Which makes me ask why President Obama appointed former Houston Chief Hurtt, to be the Director of the Office of State and Local Coordination for the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) when Hurtt is a proponent of "sanctuary cities"?

What is a Sanctuary City you might ask?  Well I am glad that you ask that question, a Sanctuary City is, “a city that does not allow municipal funds or resources to be used to enforce federal immigration laws, mostly by not allowing police or municipal employees to inquire about one's immigration status, or allow the illegal immigrant to be reported to ICE.”

So again, I will ask the question, why you would appoint a person who is an avid supporter of Sanctuary Cities and who enforced Houston, Texas immigration guidelines to be a Sanctuary City while he was Police Chief.  I am still at a loss as to how you can be a sworn police officer, taking an oath to enforce the laws of your city, state and federal government and support Sanctuary.

DO NOT BE FOOLED by the cries of racism that is being thrown about because you do not support illegal immigration and want the Southern U.S. Border sealed.  How can you be a racist and want to protect the men, women and children that are coming across the border by the thousands that are being mistreated, dying in the desert, murdered, sold into prostitution, or held for ransom?

How can you be a racist when you want to stop the illegal guns that are being purchased by the thousands and taken back across the border and used to murder innocent Mexican people by the drug cartels?  These are the same drug cartels that are now coming back across the border and killing innocent Americans citizens, not to mention local law enforcement agents.

 DO NOT BE FOOLED, this is not about securing the border from the people in Washington, this is about VOTES.  The democrats just like the republicans before them are trying to get the Hispanic vote and they will sell the Hispanic people involved right down the river just like they have done with so many minorities before them. 

Did you ever stop and think about why there are so many poor American Indians still living below the poverty line with all the tax free money that is coming in from cigarettes and gambling?   It is all about trying to get votes and they will promise, say, or do anything to get the votes and never follow through.

The new incoming mayor of Huston, Mayor-elect Annise Parker had said throughout her campaign “that she would fire Hurtt and intended to replace him with someone from within the Houston Police Department”.

“I want a chief who has the respect of the officers, but is willing to rethink how we've been policing, to commit to a more decentralized mode of operation, who will commit to working more cooperatively with other regional law enforcement agencies,” she said.

Hurtt's tenure at HPD was marked by a succession of public safety crises, beginning with a 25 percent hike in the number of homicides in 2005 following an influx of Hurricane Katrina evacuees into the city.
And many HPD officers were angered by Hurtt's orders not to detain illegal immigrants they encountered in Houston, especially after several officers were killed or severely injured by undocumented suspects. Hurtt insisted a change in the city's long-standing policy would not only stop immigrants from helping police investigate local crimes, but tie up officers and significantly increase response times.

Police union officials had little respect for Hurtt, and friction developed over firings and disciplinary actions ordered by the chief — rulings which were often overturned later.
 
Hurtt is currently be sued by a Houston Police Officer whose husband, also a Huston Police Officer was shot and killed in the line of duty by an illegal alien.  The suit alleges that the officer was shot because of the Sanctuary City guidelines supported by Hurtt. Houston Police Officers Henry Canales, Gary Gryder and Rodney Johnson lost their lives in the line of duty. All killed by illegal aliens who had been in the justice system before and who were still walking freely around the city of Houston.

We can’t afford to continue with illegal immigration at the current rate, cities and states are going broke trying to keep up and the bare bones facts are, THEY CAN’T.  With the Obama spending out of control and our largest states and cities on the brink of bankruptcy, we have to shut down the border.

DO NOT BE FOOLED, anytime you hear the words Immigration Reform (Washington Double Speak for Amnesty) they mean amnesty.  If you house is on fire you do not worry about how the fire started, put the fire out and then worry about why and how.  Stop the influx of Illegal Aliens and then worry about what we are going to do about the one that are here.  The attached video is three and a half years old, however, the numbers are still the same and the problem is still the same.

What can you do to bring this type of ludicrous appointment to light, you can pass the information along to as many people as you can and you can write your elected officials in Washington, Oh I am sorry, Washington, DC is also a Sanctuary City.  Yes, your nation’s capitol city is a Sanctuary City that allows their police to turn their head the other way when it comes to Illegal Aliens in our country.  Doesn’t that just about say it all?

I have written a number of times that the Obama Administration is playing Americans against each other and he is using race and fear to do it.  The Obama Administration and the Democratic Party is also playing to Hispanic’s by filing legal action against Arizona.  The feds know that there is a very good probability they will lose the legal action, however, they will still be able to say to the Hispanics as a voting bloc, remember, we fought for you in Arizona so vote Democratic.

Obama and the Democrats are right about one thing, the issue of illegal immigration and illegal aliens is about color, but the color is not brown it is GREEN!  What part of the cry from Arizona “WE ARE BROKE” do these people not understand? What part of, if we do not stop Illegal Aliens at the border and stop the invasion of the criminals that are coming across the border we will be bankrupt.

Illegal aliens and the criminals that have crossed the border into Arizona have drained the State Treasury and their coffers are empty, there is no more money to spend on education, health care, welfare, police, courts, prisons, just to name a few of the many social and legal programs that spend money on illegal aliens and the criminal element that come across the border.  Then to add insult to injure and to require Arizona to spend even more unnecessary money, the Department of Justice, following Obama’s lead has filed legal action against Arizona.

At the same time, fifty (50) cities in America and four (4) states have specific laws which states that they are not going to support the immigration laws of the federal government by contacting ICE (Immigration) if they find that an illegal alien has been arrested in their jurisdiction.  Just so you know and understand, the U.S. Constitution does not have a provision for immigration sanctuary, and there is no legal precedent for it in the history of the United States of America.  For a list of sanctuary cities, CLICK HERE!

I want to be clear on this statement, so clear that there is no misunderstanding.  ANY U.S. CITY or STATE  that declares themselves to be a "Sanctuary" for illegal aliens, IS ACTING OUTSIDE THE LAW END OF STORY, and can be charged with a felony for each violation of federal law by "concealing, harboring, or sheltering illegal aliens" (8 U.S. Code, sections 1324 and 1325; Immigration and Naturalization Act sections 274 and 275). If someone makes illegal entry into the United States they have committed a misdemeanor, if someone makes repeated illegal entry into the United States it is a felony.

However, Arizona is not alone in their fight, Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox in a legal brief filed July 14^th said, “States have the authority to enforce immigration laws and protect their borders.” Cox filed the legal brief on behalf of nine states supporting Arizona's immigration law and is joined by Alabama, Florida, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas and Virginia, as well as the Northern Mariana Islands.

It is also important that you understand that there are other states that have been doing the samething for years that Arizona has purposed with their immigration law and the fed’s have never felt it necessary to file legal action against them to stop.  However, Obama and Holder were not on television trying to charge their base with charged racial statements about these states.  Have you ever heard any politician make a statement that Rhode Island was racist for their immigration laws?

If the Obama administration and the Democratic Party want to stop the drain on tax payer’s money that is being used to support illegal aliens and to stop the criminal element that comes across the Southern Border each day, then seal the border to protect U.S. Citizens.

Americans are being killed, raped and robbed in their homes and on the streets of Border States each day.  It appears the Democrats feel that it is better to try and win the support of the Hispanics for their vote in the future than it is to ensure the rights of Americans to be safe and free in their homes from attack.

None of the talking heads want to talk about the rights of Americans to be free and safe in their homes, or about the large amounts of money that is being spent illegally on illegal aliens, and the billions of dollars being sent to Mexico to try and train the Mexican Army to keep the killing on that side of the border, they want to try and make this issue about race. 

What money to Mexico you say, you mean you did not know billions in money, technology and manpower to secure the United States-Mexico border and bolster the Mexican government's anti-narcotics operation.  In February of 2008, the Bush White House was seeking 1.4 billion to try and ship it to Mexico so the Mexican’s could secure their side of the border.  We are so inept at securing our side of the border after throwing billions at it; we are now trying to do the same thing on the other side of the border.  

With all due respect to the Mexican government, how stupid do I look to you to think that any of this money will not be wasted on fast cars, prostitutes, drugs, and one hell of a party?  I mean, look at the money the thieving dummies in Washington steal from us in the U.S. with everyone and their uncle watching, and you are now going to ship 1.4 billion dollars across the border into Mexico and expect the Mexican government, that icon of honesty, not to party with it.  Well, good luck with that one!

There were 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence, what happened to them after their Patriotic Act?

Five signers were captured by the British as traitors, and tortured before they died.

Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned.

Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army; another had two sons captured.

Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War.

They signed and they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.

What kind of men were they?

Twenty-four were lawyers and jurists. Eleven were merchants, nine were farmers and large plantation owners; men of means, well educated, but they signed the Declaration of Independence knowing full well that the penalty would be death if they were captured.

Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships swept from the seas by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags.

Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly.  He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him, and poverty was his reward.

Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer, Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge, and Middleton.

At the battle of Yorktown, Thomas Nelson, Jr., noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over the Nelson home for his headquarters. He quietly urged General George Washington to open fire. The home was destroyed, and Nelson died bankrupt.

Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed. The enemy jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.

John Hart was driven from his wife's bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and his gristmill were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests and caves, returning home to find his wife dead and his children vanished.

Many of us take these liberties so much for granted, but we shouldn't.

So on this 4th of July while you enjoy a beer at your picnic, or go to a baseball game. Think about what these 56 men gave up and show a little gratitude and respect to those gave much more than most of us to keep our nation free.  Take a few minutes and silently thank these patriots and the others who have given so much for our freedom.

Of all the politicians in Washington today, are any of them the caliber of those 56 men that put it all on the line 236 years ago to give us the freedom we will enjoy on this Fourth of July?

Freedom is never free!   Patriotism is NOT a sin or something to be ashamed of; you can be a patriot and still work towards peace. Enjoy this 4^th of July and remember there are people out there that are working to make this the last one you enjoy.

This is for those of you that do not know the process and why I would dare call President Obama racist.  So for that reason let me give this to you point by point.

The two me on the left were standing outside a voting place in Philadelphia, PA during the presidential elections of 2008.  If you will notice, one of them is carrying a nightstick which is considered a weapon in any jurisdiction.  At the same time he was recorded on tape and video as saying to white voters in an attempt to intimidate, at one point telling white voters “You are about to be ruled by the black man, cracker.”

The man with the nightstick is also the man in the attached video screaming “to be free you have to kill a cracker, you got to kill their babies.”

As I have stated before, this is what makes America great, the fact that we can accept all people and still separate the foolish, the outrageous, the stupid; from what is right and what is wrong.  The young man you see in the video is all of those things, foolish, outrageous, and stupid for thinking that his hate would sway anyone in today’s world to want to go out and kill a white baby simply because he is a Black Panther standing on a street corner screaming.  Any more than a white person would go out and kill a black baby because some hate spewing KKK or White Supremacist is standing on a street corner screaming his hate to kill.

Now for a chronologic order of what happened, after the obvious violation of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 that occurred in November 2008 in Philadelphia, the following happened: 

December 22nd, 2008: Career Justice Department officials decide to proceed against the Panthers for their intimidation of white voters and Republican poll watchers in Philadelphia during the November presidential election.

• January 7th, 2009: Christopher Coates signs off on a civil complaint against the NBPP and three members, the complaint alleged violations of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.  

There were three people that were named in the complaint, Minister King Samir Shabazz, Jerry Jackson; both were at the Philadelphia voting location and Malik Zulu Shabazz who is the Chairman of the New Black Panther Party. Minister King Shabazz and Chairman Shabazz are not related.

As the case progressed, the Panthers failed to participate in the case, they did not show up, or even respond to the case and chose to ignore the proceedings against them.

• April 7th, 2009: Prosecutors obtained an affidavit from Bartle Bull, a Civil Rights Attorney who stated that he personally “saw the three uniformed Panthers confront and intimidate voters with a nightstick.”  Bull stated the clear purpose of the Panthers was to “intimidate voters with whom they did not agree.”  It was Bartle Bull that stated he overheard one of the men tell a white poll watcher: “You are about to be ruled by the black man cracker.”

However, Mr. Bull’s affidavit was never filed with the court and no explanation from the DOJ as to why the affidavit was not filed was ever given, even though Bartle Bull is a lifelong democrat and civil rights activist and former aide to Sen. Robert F. Kennedy’s 1968 presidential campaign.

• April 20th, 2009: The court issued a default judgment against the New Black Panther Party. In other words, the Department of Justice (DOJ) won by default.  
  

• May 15th, 2009: Even with a default win, the Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a “notice of voluntary dismissal,” by political superiors even though career lawyers in the DOJ had recommended proceeding with the default judgment.

The political superiors would have to be the number three person at the DOJ, Associate Attorney General Thomas J. Perrelli who is a big fundraiser for Obama; acting Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Loretta King; and Attorney General Eric Holder, Jr.

• June 16th, 2009: On month after DOJ filed a dismissal of the NBPP legal action, The United States Commission on Civil Rights (CCR) sent a letter to the DOJ demanding to know why the case was dismissed after it had already been won and the DOJ was given a default judgment:

The CCR has begun an investigation of the case and has subpoenaed DOJ attorneys only to be stonewalled by the DOJ.  You see, the CCR has the authority issue subpoenas and by federal law, all federal agencies must comply.  However, here is the rub, the DOJ is the agency that must enforce and serve the subpoenas which the DOJ is not doing.

It eventually subpoenaed two career DOJ attorneys, Christopher Coates and J. Christian Adams, to come before the commission and testify about the NBPP case. After Adams quit his job in the DOJ, he has appeared before the commission.

• December 2nd, 2009: Ignoring the law and the subpoenas, the Justice Department ordered their attorney not to comply with their subpoenas and not to testify or appear before the Commission on Civil Rights. The Department of Justice insisted that their own “internal regulations” dating from 1951 trump the more recent federal law.
  

J. Christian Adams until recently was a top trial attorney in the voting section of the DOJ, he has testified that staffers throughout the department have subscribed for years to the notion that the DOJ's primary responsibility is to protect the voting rights of minority voters, not whites. 

According to Adams, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandez, an Obama appointee at the top of the department, announced at a policy meeting that "the voting section will not bring any other cases against blacks and other minorities." Instead, the department will focus on "traditional" civil rights cases, whites against blacks and other minorities.

A number of former DOJ attorneys, of both political parties, are coming forward to collaborate Adams' testimony before the CCR and speak to his character and the job he did at the DOJ.

There are only two conclusions that one can reach if you take into account all the facts that I have given you.  One, Obama and Holder are not in charge of the Presidency and the Department of Justice, that the underlings are running the DOJ and making all these decisions on their own.  If this is true, we need to get rid of Obama and Holder and replace them with people that can make decisions and will be in charge.

Or the second possibility, that Obama and Holder are making the decisions and passing their racist decisions down to the underlings at the DOJ to make sure that the New Black Panther Party is not prosecuted or held accountable for breaking the law in the voter-intimidation case.

This much I know to be a fact, if the KKK in white sheets were standing at the door of a polling place during the eight years Bush was in office, all of the main stream media that is not giving this case any coverage would have had front page coverage, hour long specials on all the major networks and they all would be calling for Bush to be impeached,  AS IT SHOULD BE,  as it should be NOW!

With the exception of Fox News and a hand full of the bloggers like A RedNeck Blog staying on top of the story, you have not heard any of the facts that I have given you on this story.

Now for the real kicker, there are eight members on the Commission on Civil Rights, four (4) are appointed by the President and four (4) are appointed by Congress and at no time can there be more than equal members of any political party.  When the Department of Justice refuses to correct the problem, the only option the Commission has is to go to the President with the problem; Congress does not have the authority to do anything.

So the bottom line, if Holder keeps holding the line and refusing to allow the DOJ attorneys to testify before the CCR, then the only option for action is President Obama.  If Obama refuses to take action, then nothing will happen. So how is that change and transparency thing working our for you NOW?  Are you seeing things more clearly?

A new report out this week puts the cost of allowing Illegal Immigrants to come to and stay in the United States at a whooping $113 billion dollar cost to Americans per year, that according to a study conducted by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR).

  That means that on average there is a $1,117 cost for every “native-headed” household in America.  According to Bob Dane, director of communication for FAIR, “this study is the first and most detailed look at the costs of illegal immigration ever done”.

While the annual outlay that illegal aliens cost U.S. taxpayers is an average amount per native headed household of $1,117. The fiscal impact per household varies considerably because the greatest share of the burden falls on state and local taxpayers whose burden depends on the size of the illegal alien population in that locality.

The opponents of FAIR, groups that support immigration reform and the rights of illegal immigrants, point to FAIR as being “extremist” though they fail to include the fact that FAIR is regularly called on to testify before Congress concerning immigration.
 
These same immigration reforms and illegal immigrants’ rights groups point to a 2008 study, the Perryman Report, a study paid for by a liberal group now called the American Immigration Council, which stated that Illegal Immigration was a boon to the American economy.

The report also accounts for taxes paid by illegal aliens about $13 billion a year, resulting in a net cost to taxpayers of about $100 billion. However, the study notes that government at all levels would likely have realized significantly greater revenues if jobs held by illegal aliens had been filled by legal U.S. residents instead.

The single largest cost to the government of illegal immigration, according to the report, is an estimated $52 billion spent on schooling the children of illegals. “Nearly all those costs are absorbed by state and local governments,’ the report states.

Whose right and whose wrong remains to be seen as for as the numbers are concerned, however, the fact is that a number of states are on the verge of bankruptcy. In Texas, for example, the additional cost of immigration, $16.4 billion, is equal to the state’s current budget deficit; in California the additional cost of illegal immigration, $21.8 billion, is $8 billion more than the state’s current budget deficit of $13.8 billion; and in New York, the $6.8 billion deficit is roughly two-thirds the $9.5 billion yearly cost of its illegal population, see State Budget Gaps for more information.

The conclusion of the report notes that today’s debate over what to do about illegal alien’s places the country at a crossroads. One choice is pursuing a strategy that discourages future illegal migration and increasingly diminishes the current illegal alien population through denial of job opportunities and deportations. The other choice would repeat the unfortunate decision made in 1986 to adopt an amnesty that invited continued illegal migration.

In what appears as an outreach to the Muslim world, NASA's Administrator Charles Bolden made a statement on Al Jazeera television recently concerning one of the things that President Obama charged him with doing as the head of NASA.  Bolden stated that when he meet with the President before taking the job as head of NASA, ‘he (The President) wanted me to find a way to reach out to the Muslim world and engage much more with predominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science, math, and engineering."

I am hard pressed to find any contribution of significant value in recent history in science, math, and engineering by any country in the Muslim world.  So I am more than a little confused by the statement made by Bolden and by the request of the President for him to make Muslim nations feel good about something they have not done. 

I am even more confused by the role that NASA is being asked to play in the world of making nations “Feel Good”.

As further proof of why I am confused I give you the following facts:

My observations of the two groups of people involved is the following:

The Jews are NOT promoting brain washing children in military training camps, teaching them how to blow themselves up and cause maximum deaths to anyone that is not Jewish!

Jews don't hijack planes, nor kill athletes at the Olympics, or blow themselves up in German restaurants. There is NOT one single Jew that has destroyed a church. I can't think of a single Jew that has protested by killing people.

The Jews don't traffic slaves, nor have leaders calling for Jihad and death to all the Infidels.

Perhaps the world's Muslims should consider investing more in standard education, science, math, and engineering and less in blaming the Jews and Americans for all their problems.

Muslims must ask 'what can they do for humankind' before they can demand that humankind respects them and make them feel good about their contribution to science, math, and engineering.  Maybe if they did some of these things they could make real contributions to science, math, and engineering and not have Bolden and the Obama administration using propaganda to make them feel good.

For those of you that have bought into the propaganda that anyone that has anything negative to say about Obama is a racist should read the following.

How many of you remember the community organization of the Obama election campaign OFA, Obama for America.  You must remember that the only thing Obama has really ever done is go to school and work as a community organizer, so what would you expect him to do, ORGANIZE, right?  As you can see from the picture on the left from OFA, Obama is Everywhere!

During the campaign of 2008, Obama's aides relentlessly recruited voters into several networks at the same time and it worked.  Millions of Americans responded by joining these networks to work and contribute money to get Obama elected.  His web site, MyBO, used social networking with volunteer work and more than 5 million supported Obama’s Facebook page.

More than 13 million voters signed up for regular e-mails, fundraising campaigns, and newsletters.  Even more unbelievable is that 25 percent of the people that voted for Obama were directly linked to him through these networks prior to the election.  OFA, Obama for America seemed to go away, it did not, it simply morphed into OFA, Organizing for America.

Now I am sure that your next question is SO?  Under normal circumstances I would agree with you, however, there is nothing ever normal with Obama and the Chicago Thug Politics Machine, if you do not want to believe me you need to speak with Bill (Slick Willie) Clinton.  You did notice that the Chicago Thug Politics Machine kicked Bill and Hilary’s red neck collective butts.  No matter how slick you think you are, you can’t out vote the number of dead the Chicago Machine can dig up and vote.

I can hear the moans and groans from everyone now, that is mean spirited, why would you say something like that.  Oh, I don’t know, maybe because the corruption is widely know, Kennedy carried Illinois by 8858 votes thanks to a 456,312-vote advantage in Chicago, whose precincts reported their totals remarkably late. (Compare this with Kennedy's nationwide victory margin of 118,574.) The "turnout" in Daley-machine Chicago was a spectacular 89%.

Daley was the prototypical "machine" politician, and his Chicago Democratic Machine, based on control of thousands of patronage positions, was instrumental in bringing a narrow 8,000 vote victory in Illinois for John F. Kennedy in 1960, following a three week delay and multiple re-counts of votes cast by paper ballot in black districts, primarily on the south side of Chicago.

Voter intimidation by the New Black Panthers and voter fraud by the Justice Department (DOJ) notwithstanding, now there are new allegations by Gigi Gaston, a writer/director who is also a lifelong Democrat and whose grandfather was a Democratic governor of Massachusetts.

Ms. Gaston in her documentary, We Will Not Be Silenced, and on the documentary's website,  www.wewillnotbesilenced2008.com,  Gaston charges the Democratic National Committee with "depriving American voters of their choice of Hillary Clinton as Democratic nominee" by resorting to "threats, intimidation, lies, stolen documents, falsified documents, [and] busing in voters in exchange for paying for 'dinners'." She sites some 2000 complaints, in Texas alone, of irregularities directed toward the Obama Campaign, which have lead to a very fractured and broken Democratic Party.

But I digress, back to the original subject, OFA, which started out as Obama for America has now morphed into the Organizing for America (OFA).  Remember, there is a database of over 15 million names that is a part of this (OFA) organization in a direct or indirect way.  Now for the reason I bring this to your attention, is that the OFA has started directing there recruitment to High School students.

In February of this year, Pamela Geller on her blog, Atlas Shrugs, reported a Perry Local High School in Massillon, Ohio teacher was found to be handing out internship application forms for Organizing for America (OFA). The OFA application was to work at local levels to rally support for the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Democratic Party. Perry Local Superintendent Dr. John Richard says “it’s all a misunderstanding; the form should never have gone out.” “I do believe it was an honest mistake on our teacher’s part,” Richard said. “However, board policy was not followed and the teacher had no administrative permission to do so.”

So let me see if I have all of this correct.  It is known that there is corruption in elections, now there is evidence that there is corruption in the 2008 election with Obama.  While it is not against the law for Obama to collect as many names as he can get to further his cause and that of the Democratic Party, in fact it is a very smart mover, however, it is against the law to indoctrinate our school children, especially without the knowledge of the parents and the school board.

Again, each of us needs to understand one thing, we are up against a group of people that will do whatever it takes to win more or at least keep the power they have.  They are not above doing whatever it takes as I have pointed out in this blog, including indoctrinating your children without your knowledge.

In a time when America voted in the first half black President, when the richest woman in America is a black woman, when we all as a nation side step any issue that contains race and walk on egg shells, we still have these hate mongers lose on the streets of our nation spewing their hate.  The man in the video is the man that the Department of Justice has refused to prosecute.

Then again that is what makes America great, that fact that we can accept all people and still separate the foolish, the outrageous, the stupid; from what is right and what is wrong.  The young man you see in the video is all of those, foolish, outrageous, and stupid for thinking that his hate would sway anyone in today’s world to want to go out and kill a white baby simply because he is a Black Panther standing on a street corner screaming “to be free you have to kill a cracker, you got to kill their babies”.  Any more than a white person would go out and kill a black baby because some hate spewing KKK or White Supremacist is standing on a street corner screaming his hate to kill.

What is even more surprising is that the Obama administration and the Department of Justice would condone this type of race and hate speech to infiltrate the voting station and would allow these types of people to intimidate voters.  That people who are charged with upholding the laws of the United States would look the other way for the sake of helping their party keep or get power is no different than the people that allowed the KKK to do the same thing a hundred years ago, WRONG IS WRONG.

This is not the first time that the Obama administration has allowed race baiting and race to put fear in the American people for the sake of votes.  For months we have hear how the legally passed Arizona Immigration law would bring about profiling and that it was racist by its very existent.   There have even been high school classes taking day trips from California to protest the raciest law as they saw it.

 However, when the federal government got around to filing a legal action against the Arizona law, race was not mentioned.  It is OK to put the RACE word out to the American people and use RACE as an issue to put fear and anger in the minds of minorities, RACE was not an issue in the legal action.  The only reason that the Obama administration filed the legal action was to say to those same minorities, see, we are on your side, and we are fighting for you, so if you have a chance to vote remember that we Democrats tried to help you even if we lost the battle.  Even though there is more than one poll out that shows the majority of legal Hispanics support the Arizona law.

America, we have come too far down that long road to allow party politicians, Socialist Democrats, and a long list of other outrageous people who have an ax to grind to turn us away from what is right.  You know what is in your heart; you know what is right and what is wrong.  It is time to do the right thing for America, not for the politician, not for more votes, and not for the party.

This clip is about as blatant as a Liberal can get.  What she said was The Truth, accidentally, and notice that when she realized what she revealed to the public and the news media, it stopped her dead in her own tracks for a long moment.  BUT it was too late.

It is getting to the point where you have to have a score card to keep up.  You might remember that in August of 2009 at a Russ Carnahan town hall meeting on health care, two Service Employees International Union (SEIU) member thugs, one white and one black beat Kenneth Gladney.  You remember SEIU, sure you do. The president of SEIU was the person that was allowed access to the oval office more times than anyone else the first year of Obama being in office.

I have been to Minnesota, I have friends in Minnesota, I know that to live in Minnesota you have to be healthily and hardy.  I mean the winters alone are more than enough to make you mean.  Then when spring comes along the two state birds come out, the black fly and the mosquito.  So I have always admired the people in Minnesota and their ability to endure and be strong.

However, I must admit that I have lost some of my admiration after the people of Minnesota felt that it would be better to have Al Franken represent them as their Senator than, oh, I don’t know, just about anyone else on the earth.  I ask you to turn your attention to the picture on the left as more than enough evidence to support my belief.

Words can’t express how important it is that the NAACP search deep within and do the right thing concerning the Tea Party.  I am very concerned that if the NAACP and the Obama administration continue to play the race card for political reason, mainly to boost both their sagging poll numbers and manage their reputation, they will destroy the progress that that has been made in race relations.

The race card has been played so many times that most people view it as the boy that cried wolf.  As an example, Jessie Jackson and his rant this week when he said Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert considered free agent LeBron James a 'runaway slave.'  That is an insult to so many people; yet, Jackson has used his thug tactics on people for so long and gotten away with it. Let’s face it, no one wants to be tagged with “Racist” because of one of Jackson’s rants.

There is just no evidence that the Tea Party is a racist group. The last time race was brought up as an issue, black congress members said racial insults were said to them as they walked through the Tea Party crowd. $100,000.00 was offered to anyone that could produce proof of any racism or racial remarks that were made at the gathering and the $100,000 has never been claimed. Because it never happened!

While I am not a member of the Tea Party, I have been to Tea Party gatherings and I have never seen any evidence of racism.  The couple of, what I thought were nasty banners, concerning Obama disappeared almost as soon as they appeared.  I have viewed a large amount of videos of the Tea Party gatherings and I just have not seen race as an issue.

The opposite is true of the Obama administration; see our blog on HAS OBAMA HURT OR HELPED RACE RELATIONS?, for a long list of reasons why for the past eighteen (18) months the Obama administration has played the race card to try and keep from losing his base. At the same time the Obama administration has watched his ratings in the polls slip with the American people.  As his polls continue to slip the more his party and supports play to the race fears, and continue to ignore the fact that the Tea Party continues to be a force that they will have to deal with.

Again, I am not the only person that has noticed this trend and I am not the only person that has started speaking out against it.  It’s very apparent to anyone that has followed the Tea Party that they are a grass roots movement that is not going away.  While they are very angry, they are not angry because Obama is half black, or at black people that support him,  his race has nothing to do with it, it is about the decisions he has made. People who have never been around Chicago thug politics do not know this is a normal tactic.

 That is what is so frustrating about Obama and his supporters, if you disagree with them it is because of race, not because we are spending our children’s and grandchildren’s earnings.  Never mind that Obama has spent more money in eighteen (18) months than Bush did in eight (8) years, never mind that our southern border is leaking illegal aliens, drugs, criminals, and human traffickers, we are mad because Obama is half black.  If it will improve race relations, I will give all his supporters the fact that all the good decisions are made by his black half, if they will give me the fact that his white half is a stumbling, bumbling, egotistical maniac that is out of control.

Nigel Coleman is a black man, at the same time he is head of the Danville TEA Party Patriots in southern Virginia. He said the fact that the movement is predominantly white doesn't mean it is inherently racist.
"I went to a wine festival yesterday," he said. "Weren't too many black people there, either. Nobody called them racists."

Does that mean that the NAACP will be in Virginia and will be calling Mr. Coleman an Uncle Tom and not black enough to be represented by the NAACP if he is beaten up by their friends at Service Employees International Union (SEIU) as they did with Kenneth Gladney. You remember Mr. Gladney, he was a young black man that was beaten by SEIU thugs, one white one black, and both called Mr. Gladney the N-word along with other racial slurs. 

To add insult to injury, the NAACP called a press conference and asked that the charges be dropped on the two men who assaulted Mr. Gladney calling Mr. Gladney an Uncle Tom.

I honestly do not know what the NAACP is trying to do, rally their base, raise money, or draw attention away from Obama’s continuing drop in the polls.  I do know that there are a lot more Tea Party members and people who believe in what the Tea Party stands for than there are members of the NAACP and believe in what the NAAPC has become over the past twenty five years. 

I do know that if the NAACP plays the race card against the Tea Party the same thing will happen to the NAACP that has happened to Obama, every time he as stood up and tried to fight the Tea Party, he has LOST.

This is one battle that the NAACP will not win; the odds are just not in their favor, and their normal battle cry of this is all about race, just will not work.  They also need to remember that there are not enough black and ultra left liberal supports to elect Obama again, they are going to have to have the support of some of the Tea Party, calling the racist is not the way to win friends.

In a poll dated today, July 13, 2010, from Washington Post-ABC News, shows that Public confidence in President Obama has hit a new low. There is one bright spot for Obama, his ratings are still higher than it is for members of Congress, but the gap has narrowed. About two-thirds of all voters say they are dissatisfied with or angry about the way the federal government is working. Just 43 percent of all Americans now say they approve of the job Obama is doing on the economy, while 54 percent disapprove.

I can make your brain spin with all the information on Fuzzy Math and how and why it works. Twenty five pages later you still will not understand Fuzzy Math.  What the Obama Administration is doing with unemployment numbers and jobs creation is not Fuzzy Math; it is called SPIN, BEING UNTRUTHFUL, in truth it is LYING.

If I tell you the truth you will be mad, if you think I am lying you will be mad, I am between a rock and a hard place. What to do?  What to do?  Why not do what everyone else is doing, lie.  Lying has become so acceptable in the world today that if you are faced with a hard decision it is acceptable to spin, be untruthful, or in short, LIE.

The best example of this is the recent U.S. Court decision concerning The Stolen Valor Act of 2005, which was signed into law by President George W. Bush on December 20, 2006. Last week a judge in Denver, CO ruled that a federal law making it illegal to lie about being a war hero is unconstitutional because it violates free speech.  In other words, lying is your right under the Constitution, be sure and tell that to your mate the next time you are caught in a lie.

What are the consequences for lying, not a lot, as you can see from the above court case and in some cases it can even makes you more popular than you were before you told the lie?  I give you Bill (Slick Willy) Clinton; I did not have sex with that woman.  Have you seen the latest polls, Clinton is more popular that Obama.  Forget about the fact that there is a whole generation of children who are having oral sex but are not having sex because oral sex is not sex, just ask Bill Clinton.

I digress, so what happens if you lie, not a lot.  Well if there is not a lot that can happen to me if I lie, why not go ahead and tell the lie, right?  Oh, I don’t know, maybe because it is wrong and has been frowned on for thousands of years in most every culture on earth.  Maybe because there are still a large number of us out there that will refuse to have anything to do with you if you lie.  Maybe because there are still a lot of us out there that resent being lied to and will take action against you when you do lie to us.

Case in point, the Obama Administration and their numbers on jobs created and unemployment.  Would you like some real numbers on unemployment? As of May, 2010, unemployment rates for black, Hispanic, and teenage workers were at 14.9%, 12.7% and 22.7%, respectively.  If you are a construction worker you are facing a real problem, nearly one in five (19.2%) construction workers were unemployed.

Eight states have double-digit unemployment rates, Michigan, the hardest hit state, had an unemployment rate that was at 12.9%.  Do you really think that it bothers the President, Vice President, Speaker of the House Pelosi, and Senate Majority Leader Reid to go out this summer and tell the lies they are telling about how they have saved millions of jobs and how unemployment is at 9.1% and going down?  Lies, not spin, not being untruthful, just lies, you make the call.

Then we have U.S. Representative Charles Rangel, Democrat of New York, Rangel faces new House ethics charges following a two-year investigation of his travel, personal finances and fundraising for a college center named for him. It took two years because Speaker Pelosi would not allow the case to go forward. You would think that the chairman of the House tax-writing committee would know when he was lying and when he was cheating the government out of tax money, you would think.

This is all our fault, oh yes it is, you see we have sit around for years and allowed the lying, thieving, unethical thugs to continue to be elected to public office.  When they would stand up and lie and we knew they were lying we would allow it because if we said something the other party might get elected.  Now let me make sure that I have this right, we would rather have a person who is a member of our party that is a liar and a thief in office, than to have an honest person of the other party.  Now how stupid is that.  So you get a Charles Rangel who keeps lying, stealing, and feeding from the public trough.  So yes, it is our fault.

We have got to start putting our nation ahead of these petty little partisan political issues and look at what is right for our country.  If not, you will be teaching your grandchildren about what freedom was like when we had freedom.  You still have a choice, make sure you use it this November, call, write, and e-mail, everyone you know and make sure you try your best to educate everyone you know on what is really happening to our country. 

Forget about the party and how your family has always voted, you need to vote for your country.  Or are you one of those people that think lying is OK?  GOD BLESS AMERICA!

If you think that Shirley Sherrod, the former Georgia Director of USDA Rural Development is going away, you are smoking toxic industrial waste.  Ms. Sherrod is going to enjoy her fifteen minutes in the spotlight and it is obvious from everything that I see from her, she is not going to keep her mouth shut; she is going to continue to talk.  In fact, I am going to go out on a limb here, I predict that there will be a lot more racial statements from Ms. Sherrod unless someone makes her stop talking and letting stupid control her.

If you want to talk about hack jobs, you can’t get anyone that does more hack jobs on people than Media Matters.  Where did Ms. Sherrod go to give an interview, Joe Strupp of Media Matters’?  Fox News was on her mind as well as race, it appears that Ms. Sherrod has a lot to say about race and racism, one statement stood out to me, “they (Fox News) would love to take us back to where we were many years ago. Back to where black people were looking down, not looking white folks in the face, not being able to compete for a job out there and not be a whole person."

You need to judge for yourself, so we have included some of the comments from the Media Matters’ interview.  These comments are not 24 years old, they were made today.

She said Fox New has not been professional and has continued to push her for an interview, at the same time failing to correct their coverage of the original story. "I think they should but they won't. They intended exactly what they did. They were looking for the result they got yesterday," she said of Fox News. "I am just a pawn. I was just here. They are after a bigger thing, they would love to take us back to where we were many years ago. Back to where black people were looking down, not looking white folks in the face, not being able to compete for a job out there and not be a whole person."

Sherrod said that Fox News continues to push for an interview, "It was unbelievable. I am refusing to be on there (Fox News). They have been calling me and calling me. I have refused to do an interview because they are biased," she explained. "I don't think Fox News does it fairly. It is worse so now. I have sat and listened to the way they cover the news even before this administration and I saw what was going on."

Her view on racism in media coverage has worsened, Sherrod said. “I think it is race. You think we have come a long way in terms of race relations in this country, but we keep going backwards," she said. "We have become more racist. This was their doing, Breitbart put that together misrepresenting what I was saying and Fox carried it."

Ms. Sherrod has made a couple of points that need to be addressed.  She is right, we are going backwards concerning race relations; however, it is not because of Fox News, or the Internet bloggers that have made this happen.  It has happened because of the quick play of the race card from the Democratic Party and the Obama Administration.  It is important that the public understands this is standard operating procedure for the Liberal Socialist Democrats, these are Alinsky methods and tactics of attacking anyone that poses a threat to your programs and policies.

What is really sad is that people like Ms. Sherrod who the NAACP and the Obama Administration dropped like a hot potato, still will champion the Democratic cause.  If you watched the complete NAACP video of her speech you will see where she broke the law by touting the praises of the Democratic Party and the Obama Administration while being invited to speak as the Georgia Director of USDA Rural Development, which is against the Hatch Act.  The Hatch Act of 1939 is a United States federal law whose main provision is to prohibit federal employees from engaging in partisan political activity.

If you will pay attention to what Ms. Sherrod is saying today, she has not come out against the NAACP who had this complete video since the date she made the speech.  The NAACP could have made the complete tape available to the White House or the Democratic Party 24 hours before they made the decision to fire her.  Oh No, it is not the NAACP’s fault, nor is it the fault of the White House, it is the rightwing leaning Fox News and the rightwing Internet Bloggers fault, if it is not her fault let’s make it the fault of the rightwing by calling them a racist.

Now with the firing and rehiring of Ms. Sherrod by the Obama Administration, they own every statement Ms. Sherrod has ever made.  Believe me when I tell you this, there are a lot of other stupid statements floating around out there that is going to come back and bite the Obama Administration in the butt.  I can see it now, every blogger on the Internet is searching the web and every publication for anything Ms. Sherrod has ever said, hold on to your hat.

Go on the Internet and type “I hate Rush Limbaugh”, there are over 11 million sites listed on Google, type “I hate Bush” and you will find over 81 million sites and you can find I hate Bush clubs, type in “I hate Obama” and you will find 117 million sites, do you think we have enough hate in the world?  I am not suggesting that we all join hands and sing peace songs, however, we can stop playing the race card and showing how much we hate each other.

You, Average Joe American, white, black, red, brown, need to pull your head out of your lower body orifice and realize what is happening in and to your country.  Your concern should be your country, not the Democratic or Republican party, not the politician, the country.  I have faith that Average Joe American has enough smarts to stop this backslide and get our country back to where it should be.  You are not going to have a lot of chances to get your country back, the people who are trying to steal your country will do whatever it takes to get and keep the power YOU have allowed them to take.

There are days when I reflect on my childhood and watching that little square 14 inch black and white TV as John would swagger into the local salon, I really miss John Wayne; he was truly an American hero.  The quote above really leads into my blog today, we need to remember the truth of the quote and un-join hands and stop singing 1960 peace songs around the campfire.  We really do need to get these people by whatever body part that is required to make them understand that we are going to get their hearts and minds right.

I wonder how many Muslim’s know the following verse from their Qur’an.  I know how many Muslim’s do not understand and practice the verse.

Chapter 13, verse 11 of the Qur’an, “God does not change what is in a people until they change what is in themselves.”

Until now, I have stayed out of the debacle about the Muslim Mosque that is being purposed close to ground zero in New York City.  I wanted to see just how far the powers that be in New York State and New York City would allow politically correct (PC) forces to cloud their thinking and the political powers would bend over and be violated by Muslim extremist.  From what I have seen in the past few weeks, I have an answer to my question; these people have no shame and have allowed this debate to turn into a ludicrous failure.

I am not really sure where and when we, the American people, became so consumed with politically correctness (PC) that we were willing to give up everything that we hold true.  That we would continue to elect gutless, spineless, inept, self serving thieves to run our country.  Do not be fooled, this is not about freedom of religion, check every Muslim country in the world for freedom of religion; it does not exist anywhere in the Muslim world.  Not true freedom of religion, you need to understand, if you are not a Muslim you are considered to be an infidel.  If you do not convert to Islam you should be killed.

However, now the Muslim community in America wants to banter about the term “FREEDOM OF RELIGION” when it helps their cause.  The group that is supporting the Mosque is a Muslim group that supports Sharia Law and wants to see Sharia Law applied in America.  I wrote a blog on June, 25^th about Sharia Law entitled “SHARIA LAW, A PROBLEM YOU CAN'T IGNORE!!!” and can be found on this site at http://www.aredneckblog.com/blog.php?user=RedNeck¬e=4291 you should read this blog to understand the dangers of Sharia Law and how it will affect America.  You should also read the negative affect it is having on European countries and the problem they are having getting rid of the Muslim law after it has been approved.

Again, this is NOT ABOUT FREEDOM OF RELIGION, it is about the fact that Muslim Extremist want to be able to take the laws of this country and turn them to mean what they want so that it fits their cause. They are using the excuse that this is a cultural center for all people and is a healing place for all.  This is why they named it Cordoba, while Cordoba, Spain, the capital of Muslim conquerors, the capital of Muslim Al-Andalus, was known as a cultural center after the 717 conquest, it was during these wars between Christians and Muslims that Jewish courtiers were valued as diplomats, translators, and advisors to both sides.

The name Cordoba is just another slap in the face to Americans, especially those that lost friends and love ones among the 3,497 that died in the attack of 911. You keep hearing the term “Moderate Muslims”, I am sorry, I am still looking for a Moderate Muslim, have not found one yet.  A Muslim that will stand up and denounce the terror that is being inflicted on people around the world, the hate speech, the suicide bombers, would be killed.  The reason you are not finding Moderate Muslims is because they are afraid to speak out, they are afraid to take a stand, afraid they will be killed just like the thousands before them.

Remember the quote from John Wayne at the start of this blog, this is the only thing that will work.  It has worked for thousands of years, why do you think there has been no major uprising by Radical Muslims until just the past fifty years?  Muslims as well as everyone else knew that we would not allow this type of thug behavior and sit idlely by and do nothing.  We need to get the minds and hearts of Radical Muslims right, we need to make them understand that we do not accept rude behavior from our children and we for damn sure will not accept it from them.

Now what can you do about this rude behavior?  The first thing is to write and call all of the worthless politicians that we have allowed to feed off the public for years and remind them that they are begging for us to recharge their credit card again so that they can continue to eat off the public.  Inform them that you will not be voting for any incumbent this year because of the broken promises they have made.  Then call and write their opponent that you are considering voting for, asks them where do they stand on this issue and include a copy of the letter that you sent to the incumbent you will not be voting for.

Remember, this is not about freedom of religion; it is about sticking your face in the crap that they have been allowed to get away with for the past fifty years.  PC my Aunt Fannies tutu, these people are a bunch of thug bullies that think that because we have elected gutless, spineless, inept, self serving thieves to run our country and turn it into a PC paradise, and because those gutless, spineless, inept, self serving thieves have allowed a group of Radical Muslims to get away with bad behavior, we will allow any of it to continue.  It is time for all of these people to pack up their crap and take it to another country, politicians and Muslims alike, see how this will work for you in, I don’t know, in Pakistan.

I have been asked numerous times why I call myself a RedNeck and why an Internet blog for and by RedNecks.  The most honest and simple answer is, because I am a Red Neck.  Not because of where I was born, not where I live now, but because of what I believe in as a way of life, the American way of life.

Why do politicians steal, lie, cheat, and spend MILLIONS of dollars to get a job that pays less than they could make in a mid level corporate job?  There are used car salespeople that make as much money per years a member of Congress.

One of the reasons is the prestige, the what, the prestige, you know, the amount of respect that people have for you as the President or a member of Congress.  Oh, I forgot, the latest polls show that Congress has an eleven (11%) approval rating which is right there with used car salespeople and attorneys. Then there is Obama, his approval numbers are dropping like a rock in just about every group of voters.

If not for the prestige, then what?  How about money, many of the members of Congress who have recently left that fine group of elites will receive more than one (1) million dollars over their lifetimes, some could receive more than two (2 million.  Not only have these thieves taken the public’s trust and money while in office, once you get that pension, it takes an act of God and Congress for you to lose it.  Your pension is safe no matter which of your criminal activities comes to light after you retire.  Even more good news for the American taxpayer is the fact that the pensions for ex-members of Congress are the very generous cost-of-living adjustments that comes with their retirement.

All you have to do to get vested in these very generous pension plans is to keep you head down and do not let stupid catch you for five years and you are in, by the way, so are their staff members.  Just think, Al Franken, yes, that Al Franken, the newly elected Senator from Minnesota, will be able to collect a pension from his six years in the Senate. When he is booted from the Senate because he can’t be re-elected, he can go to work for the Post Office and add to his pension.   America, What a Country!

Then if you are lucky, or unlucky, it all depends on your point of view, to be elected President you really get to suck up the American Taxpayers money.  Congress passed a law in 1958 to provide all former presidents’s a pension, which they can collect the day after they leave the office of president.  It is not a huge amount, just $180,100.00 per year for life.

Then there is the “retirement package” that comes with the pension for life, allowances for office expenses, travel funds, and of course, mail privileges.  Oh come on, you know that all past presidents need to have the ability to keep in touch so that can reach out and touch you again.  If you are smart you can follow Bill and Hill’s roadmap on how to max the benefits of the office of the president.  You can get $500,000 and up from rich oil countries to give a one hour speech.

The latest numbers that I could get you were from 2002, however, at that time there were 4ll retired members that were receiving pension benefits that averaged $55,788 a year.  That’s not the best part, at a time when these same members of Congress want to take the retirement age from 65 to 70 years of age for the average American, members of Congress and their staff are able to retire with a full guaranteed pension at the age of 50.

It only gets better; the number of 411 includes those corrupt members of Congress that were found guilty of a felony.  This includes bribes, telling a lie under oath, defrauding their constituents, and tax fraud.  There are just as many Democrats as there are Republicans that are guilty of this gross misuse of our tax dollars, to add insult to injury, they are still getting by with it.

Now comes the race card, this from the Los Angeles Times, dated August 1, 2010, Ethics trials highlight racial tensions in Congress. “Reporting from Washington — The prospect of two long-serving African American lawmakers in the House enduring unprecedented public ethics trials seems likely to add to the growing tension between black members of Congress and Democratic leaders on Capitol Hill and in the Obama administration.”

“Congressional sources confirmed late Friday that later this year Rep. Maxine Waters (D- Los Angeles) will face an ethics proceeding likely related to allegations that she sought to help a bank with ties to her husband receive federal bailout funds. The House trial could come on the heels of the high-profile trial of Rep. Charles B. Rangel”

The LA Times goes on to explain that between them, Rangel, 80, and Waters, 71, have served in the House for six decades and are leading members of the Congressional Black Caucus. Did it dawn on anyone that part of the problem could be that these people spent “SIX DECADES” in Congress.  Why would anyone keep electing these two people, especially Waters?  This woman has spent more time with her foot in her mouth than on the ground during her time in Washington.

Let’s take a look at New York's 15th Congressional District.  It is the smallest congressional district by area in the United States, comprising just 10.29 square miles (26.65 square kilometers) of land.  If you want to know about the district, take a look at election results from the past three presidential races, 2008 – they voted for Obama 93%, 2004 - they voted for Kerry 90%, 2000- Gore 87%.  Do you think that the district just might like to vote Democratic?  I understand they want to vote Democratic, but why vote for a crook?

Rangel replaced Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. (November 29, 1908 – April 4, 1972) in Congress in 1971.  There is just not enough room for me to explain to you the type of person Adam Clayton Powell, Jr., was.  He was forced out of Congress and then won the special election to fill the seat.  His third wife, Yvette Diago was on his congressional payroll from 1961 until 1967, paid over 20K per year, while living in Puerto Rico and performed no work at all.  There were numerous allegations of misappropriated funds concerning Powell’s time in office.

So Powell is replaced by Rangel who is now accused of being less than truthful about being truthful.  That is my way of being nice, while the politicians in Washington are now coming forth with nothing but praise for the years of service that Rangel has given and trying to give him cover.  You have to love this, there are only nine (9) Democrats who have come out and ask Rangel to resign.  In the meantime Speaker of the House Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi, keeps talking about draining the swamp and transparency.  Then she tries everything she can to give cover to Rangel by postponing the investigation into his corruption charges.

Why is it when you are caught with your hand in cookie jar and you are black, Hispanic, or a woman automatically out comes the race card or the sexist card?  Why can’t blacks, Hispanics and women learn from white men, and use the insanity plea. It is not my fault, I am mentally ill; I need rehab for all the Twinkies I was given as a child that has turned my mind into a sugary mush.

The reason that I say this is because when you use the Twinkie defense everyone knows that it is BS in the highest form, they laugh and go on.  It does not divide the country; it does not water down the term “racism” or “sexist” so that it starts to mean nothing.  Everything a group of people, or a person, is allowed to use race or sex as the reason that they got struck by stupid; it diminishes the true meaning when it is needed.

Are Rangel and Waters being targeted because they are black? NO, they are not being targeted at all, they are looking at prosecution because they were stupid enough to not live off the obscene amount of money they have been allowed to steal from the American taxpayer and got greedy and got caught wanting more.  Where were all these people that I need to come to my rescue when the IRS said that I owed over $100,00.00 in back taxes and came after me to pay it and get their money?  Why do Rangel and Waters get a pass and I, like millions of other American taxpayers, have to pay.

It is time to stop the spin and all the other lies that are being forced on us by Rangel, Waters, Pelosi, Congress in general, and all the talking heads that are out there telling us that it is really not lying and stealing when they do it and it is when I do it.  These people are not royalty, they are not privileged , and they do not have special dispensation from God or the Pope.

It is time to put your big girl panties on and deal with it, you need to step up and take your lumps just like I did and like all of us regular people have to do every day.  If you are found guilty you should be fined and serve the proper amount of time in jail for the crime.  Again, not because you are black or a black woman, it is because you are a crook.

If the above quote is true, we also deserve the Politicians we get, so we deserve the Clintons? OK, I get it, I know what you are saying; will all the problems that we as Americans are facing, talking about the obscene amount of money the Clintons are spending on Chelsea’s wedding is low on the totem pole.  Besides, what would you expect from the Redneck nouveau riche?  And if you think that Bill Clinton is not a RedNeck, then you have never followed his life and you have never been to Hope, Arkansas, besides just take a look at the pictures on the left.

You also have to consider the question, what would you expect from a Social Progressive Democrat?  You know the Clintons want social justice for all and that they want to redistribute the wealth in America. Oh, I forgot, they want all of that if it is your money, however, if it is the money they received from cashing in on the years of feeding on the public trough , then to hell with them, let them eat cake just not the cake that we are serving at Chelsea’s wedding.

 According to editor Millie Martini Bratten of Brides Magazine, speaking with Politics Daily, “the average American Wedding costs about $28,082.00.”  Boy did my wife get cheated, however, we had a beautiful wedding and I saved 28K off the national wedding price.  The current number that is being bantered about for the cost of Chelsea’s wedding is from 2 – 4 million dollars for some 500 guest. By the way, President Obama was not invited.

Now I know that you have heard spin before, I mean just look at the President, Vice President, Pelosi, and Reid on the road this summer talking about the jobs they have saved.  Keep jobs in mind with the spin from one democrat in Washington, "There are probably hundreds of people up in Rhinebeck, NY, from grass cutters to shop owners, who are getting a nice little paycheck out of this. Good for Bill and Hill." Now let me see, would it not mean more money for the locals if the President of the United States were to show up?

Guess that is why I am not a Democrat in Washington, I would have thought how many families that are out of work could we feed with this money.  I bet you could think of hundreds of ways that you would like to see that money spent to help someone that needs help in these very hard times.  You remember Goldman Sachs, sure you do, they are the company that gave back its bailout money so it wouldn’t have any executive compensation problems. The future “Mr. Chelsea Clinton" works as an executive for Goldman Sachs. How nice would it be for the Bride and Groom to donate the time and money that is being spent on their wedding and spend it serving a meal to families who have lost their jobs because of firms like Goldman Sachs?

 Before I go away and start getting ready for the next blog on illegal aliens or crooked politicians, I want to tell you what I really would like to see, I would like to see the return of politicians like Harry Truman.  Did you know that when Harry Truman left the White House after Ike took over; he put his wife Bess in the Chrysler New Yorker and set out for Missouri.

There was no Secret Service detail, he was not flown in Air Force One, he did not have a chauffeur to drive him, in fact he was pulled over by a policeman for driving too slowly in a passing lane.  As the president and the former president he paid for all of his own travel expenses and food.  Once Truman left the White House, his only income was his old army pension: $112.56 per month, there was no pension for being the “former president”.

This is something that all Presidents and former Presidents need to know and remember.  When offered corporate positions at large salaries, he declined, stating, "You don't want me. You want the office of the President, and that doesn't belong to me. It belongs to the American people and it's not for sale."  The Clintons have, more than any other former President and their families, cashed in on the office of President.  Just think, we have not seen the last of the Clintons, Hill just can’t wait until it is her turn. 

The Democrats would have been ahead had they read and listened to what I blogged back in 2008, if you elect a black man to the office of president just because he is black and not because he is qualified, you will make sure that it will be a hundred years before a black person has a chance at being president again.  The same is true with electing a woman just because she is a woman and not because she is qualified.  Obama has proven my first blog to be true, the Democrats push him because they felt America was ready for the first black President; the only problem was the first black President was not qualified for the job.

Taking all the spin out of the equation, this type of money for a wedding is ridiculous, even for Redneck nouveau riche?  Yes, it is their money and they have every right to be as stupid with it and how they spend it as they want, however, keep your mouth shut about my money and how you want to spend it. 

For over thirty years Slick Willie and Company, remember Hillary’s health care, and the numerous other social programs they passed or wanted passed, have wanted to spend money at the expense of the American Taxpayer.  It is the golden rule of the crooked Politian, do as I say, not as I do.

OK, I know that I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer; I am just a typical RedNeck guy trying to get by in a world that has gone mad.  So I need someone to explain a few things to me, if they have the time and it is not too much of problem to explain it.

First, California is going broke because of the excessive retirement packages the state has been arm twisted into making with the unions and because of the excessive amount of money California has spent housing, feeding, and a long list of social services they have paid out for Illegal Aliens.  Not to mention the large amount of money the state has to pay for the criminal and gang element of Illegal Aliens.

Right now, today, as I write this, there are bus loads of union members on a road trip from California to Arizona to protest the legal Arizona Immigration Law.  What part of insane do you people not understand?  What part of Unions is in most part a criminal element unto themselves; unions have bankrupted a number of countries in Europe.   They have put a number of states on the brink of bankruptcy, and we continue to allow them to cheat, lie, and steal from the American people.

Now I just want to make sure that I have this right.  The unions have been proven for the most part to be a thug tactics criminal organization, they take money from workers that make $12.00 an hour so that the union bosses can fly in private jets and be driven around in limos and make large salaries.  They have driven a number of states to the brink of bankruptcy, they have bankrupt Europe, and now they want the American taxpayer to bail them out.  These are the same people that want to tell Arizona what to do.  Someone please tell me that this is not one of the dumbest things you have ever heard.

Side note real quick here, remember you heard it here first.  There is a bill gaining support in Congress for a new bail out for the unions.  WHAT, you have got to be kidding me, the unions have priced themselves out of the market, bankrupt companies, been sent to jail for being thieves, and now they want you the American taxpayer to bail out their bad decisions. In a word, YES!  Don’t you just love being taken advantage of and then being told to shut up and pay more money?

OK, back on subject, why do we allow people to come into our country illegally, take our money for free medical and social services, social services that are needed by Americans, and then allow them to take to the street and protest a legally passed State Law.  Have we just completely gone stupid?  OK, let me phrase that another way, JUST HOW STUPID DO I LOOK?

If you want to protest, go to your own country, you are a criminal for being here, come on, you knew there was a fence there, you knew you were not suppose to come into our country this way, you know that we do not want you here.  This is not about race, it is about you being a criminal and taking money and services that do not belong to you and you do not have a right to be in the streets to protest anything. 

The only reason you are here is because of the crooked politicians that want to try and make you a citizen so you can vote for the Democratic Party and get more free stuff so you can keep on voting for the Democratic Party.  America, What a Country!

Imagine this scenario, take your family and sneak into the country of Mexico , then you tell the Mexican government that you do not have any money, that you need medical attention, and while they are at it you want them to educate your children .  See how quick your sorry free loading butt is back across the border in Arizona.  Only after you have been stripped of all the money and any other worldly possessions you have is taken from you, now get your butt back to Arizona.

If you think I am joking, take a look at the Mexican immigration laws.  They do not play with you; if you are caught in their country illegally it is up to ten (10) years in jail.  The Mexican law is very straight forward, if you are not a Mexican citizen, you are banned from interfering in the country's internal politics.

If you want to know why we have an Illegal Alien problem, look to Mexico. Mexico wants its citizens to come to America, WHY?  Gee, I don’t know, could it be that Mexicans in America send over a BILLION DOLLARS per year BACK TO MEXICO.  The money sent back to Mexico by illegal aliens in America is their NUMBER ONE IMPORT.

OK, here is the problem; once again the Obama Administration is making an end run.  Democrats will not vote for an immigration bill that does not include amnesty, Republicans will not vote for a bill that does include amnesty in it.  The American people do not want amnesty.  So because the two political powers that be can’t put Americans before their own petty political projects, we, the American people suffer with crime, waste, and corruption.

It is very obvious; if you give enough to people that have nothing, they will repay you by voting for you.  The Democrats know this that is why they want to give amnesty to as many illegal aliens as possible, they want the Hispanic vote. The issue of immigration has become a political football to be kicked back and forth till one of the political party’s scores.

Now enter stage left Obama the policeman, to make my point I point to an 11-page draft document, which could lead to a non-legislative version of amnesty, written by staff to the director, Alejandro N. Mayorkas, of the Citizenship and Immigration Service.  The memo states that they are reviewing several executive orders and other mechanisms that effectively would serve as a substitute for comprehensive immigration reforms.

Let me make this clear, Congress is impudent, they cannot pass a comprehensive bill to close the U.S. Southern border and stop the flow of illegal aliens, drugs, criminals, and human smuggling.

Obviously, the fact that American citizens and Mexican nationals are dying every day while they do nothing means nothing. Now the Obama administration wants to do what they have done better than anything else, find a back door to a rule or regulation to make it work best for them.

Do not take my word for it, take the word of the four aids that wrote the memo, that general counsel at the CIS has reinterpreted legal opinions of the definition of "admission".  Did you get that, we have reinterpreted the definition of “admission”. By reinterpreting the definition they can change the status of illegal aliens to stay in the United States permanently.  We did not like the way this was interpreted so we have “reinterpreted” it so that we can back door the law and change it from what it was meant to be when it was enacted by Congress or when the rule was made.

Who needs Congress and the Courts, we will just reinterpret what we don’t like and make it happen.  This has been the position taken by the Obama administration from day one, the only opinion that they listen to is the poll that tells them they are losing independent women voters.  When those polls hit them they dress the president up and put him on the view so he can pander to that group.

Now that the memo has been made public and some Senators have called for an investigation, a DHS official told Fox News that the memo was never signed, and more importantly, never sent to the intended recipients, including the director of the agency. "Nobody should mistake deliberation and exchange of ideas for final decisions. To be clear, DHS will not grant deferred action or humanitarian parole to the nation's entire illegal immigrant population,"

I am sorry, the transparency record for the Obama administration has not been good, and especially from someone that ran on a “transparency” plank in his campaign for president.  View the attached vide on this blog and you will find just how far this administration has drifted from what Obama said he would do concerning transparency.

There is just no other way to say this, what the President and Congress is doing is a travesty.   It is bad enough that the President is going after Arizona when all Arizona wants to do is kick the criminals out of their state and stop the excessive spending on illegal aliens.  To have the Obama administration try a back door attack on amnesty is a slap in the face to all Americans.

 The real problem is that while the President and Congress play politics, real people are dying.  Americans and Mexican Nationals are being murdered, wounded, raped, and beaten while the political games continue as if nothing happens.  It is almost as if these people have no shame.

What part of this don’t you understand; either the people you elected who are running Washington are completely incompetent and inept or they are trying intentionally to run the country into complete ruin and bankruptcy.  There are no other options, this is basic home bookkeeping 101, and you can’t spend more money than you take in, at some point you have got to face reality.

What is the reality? The reality is that you are allowing the idiots in Washington to spend your children and your grandchildren into slavery, you would be better of burning the money.  Your grandchildren will be lucky if they get this debt paid off, not to mention the debt these idiots will try and spend in the next two years. While you are standing by and allowing these people to thumb their noses at you and to tell you they don’t care what you want or think, they are going to do what they want to do.

Just in case you need another example of how they are thumbing their noses at you, the Obama administration has appointed Imam Abdul Rauf to be your spokesman and travel around the world on your tax dollars to tell Muslims around the world all about religion in America.  You remember Imam Abdul Rauf, sure you do, he is the terrorist supporting Imam that wants a Mosque to be built close to Ground Zero.

What a slap in the face to all Americans who saw these idiotic Muslims extremist murder over 3,000 people on 9-11.  However, the real dishonor is the complete lack of consideration for the families of the people who had family members killed in those attacks.  It is bad enough that they have to face the misguided political correctness and stupidity of the Mayor of New York who supports the Mosque, now they get to watch the Obama administration give this terrorist supporting Imam validity in the government’s eyes by this appointment.

Sorry, I digress; the same is true with this $26 billion dollars they want to bail out the states that have not been fiscally responsible.  They are telling you another lie, they do not have to do this, Indiana has worked it out, and New Jersey is working it out without any government money or intervention from Washington.  This is another bail out to pay back to the unions for their support in 2008.  There is still over 400 billion in the tarp money that they had to have or we would go under, if you have to have the money to bail out the unions take it from the tarp money.

The following story is taken from the Washington Post.  It is always bad when a drunk driver kills someone because of their inability to not get behind the wheel of a car while drinking, whatever their selfish reason is at the time.  It is ever more outrageous when the person killed is a child or someone who has devoted their life to good.  So very strange that drunk drivers can’t seem to kill another drunk driver, the always seem to pick children, mothers or nuns.

This time it was a nun that was killed, and two other nuns were seriously injured.  You will be introduced to Carlos A. Martinelly Montano, 23, pictured left; the Washington Post will tell you that Mr. Martinelly was charged with his third DUI in five years and with involuntary manslaughter and a felony count of driving on license revoked for DUI offenses.  Montano remains hospitalized with injuries that do not appear to be life-threatening.   What the Washington Post will not tell you, nor will any other newspaper article except for the Gainesville Times, is that Mr. Martinelly was also an illegal alien.

“It has been determined that he is here illegally,” Officer Jonathan Perok said on Monday. “He was out on a detainer by ICE when the accident occurred.” ICE, the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement office, handles immigration offenses.  Who let this person out of custody on a detainer when he had two (2) DUI’s and was in this country illegally?

American citizens are being murdered, kill, robbed, beaten, and raped by illegal aliens who are coming and going across our southern borders at will.  These people are not hard working freedom loving people who want to come and enjoy the fruits of our freedom, they are criminals, they are here to take advantage of anyone they can.  The problem is that we could stop it tomorrow if only congress would act.  It would also help if the main stream media would simply report the truth.  Why would the Washington Post not tell you that the man would kill this nun was an illegal alien?

A 66-year-old Catholic nun was killed Sunday in Prince William County when the car she was in was struck by an alleged drunk driver, according to police and religious authorities.
Two other nuns were seriously injured in the 8 a.m. head-on crash in Bristow, police said.

The nun who was killed, Jeanette M. Mosier, was known in her Benedictine Order as Sister Denise Mosier. She was in the back seat. The nuns were coming from Richmond to the mother house of the Benedictine Sisters of Virginia in Bristow for a retreat, said Sister Andrea Verchuck, subprioress of the mother house.

Police said the three were northbound on Bristow Road near Wright Lane when a vehicle left the southbound lane, hit a barrier, entered their lane, struck another barrier and hit their car.
Police said Carlos A. Martinelly Montano, 23, of Merrymont Lane in Bristow was charged with his third DUI count in five years, involuntary manslaughter and driving on a license revoked for DUI-related reasons.

As I blogged yesterday, THIS IS A TRAVESTY, Democrats will not vote for an immigration bill that does not include amnesty, Republicans will not vote for a bill that does include amnesty in it.  The American people do not want amnesty.  So because the two political powers that be can’t put Americans before their own petty political projects, we, the American people suffer with crime, waste, and corruption.

You need to know that Democrats are quietly pushing a $165 billion bill through Congress for a union pension bailout.  The ramifications of this bill will far surpass the paltry $165 plus billion the unions want for the bail out. I use the term $165 million plus because there are other sources that have said the number could be as has as $5 billion.

You see, the Democrats need unions to be their thug enforcers and foot soldiers to march to and enforce the social progressive programs they want for America and the Democrats know that Americans are not going to stand still for the program.  You are going to hear that this bailout will create new job and save current jobs, do not fall for that lie, this is about helping the people who help the Democrats get into office in 2008.

You see, the unions had a nice little ponzi-scheme going for many years, then with their greed getting the best of them they have driven more and more union businesses out of business.  The heart of the problem is the companies that agreed to put money for union workers into “Multi-employer plans” but have bitten the dirt and gone out of business.

What this means is that the remaining employers are left funding the pensions of workers which they never employed.  This has left union pensions severely underfunded, with the companies that remain facing an insurmountable burden that could drive them out of business.  Henceforth, the cry from the unions to the Democratic Party to bail them out with the $165 billion bailout fund.  The only problem is that the Democrats will not be the people that pay the bill; it will be the American taxpayer.

Follow me here; if you think that unions do not play a major role in elections take a look at how they are involved in elections.  Did you know that in many states unions are allowed to require employers to let union workers off from work on Election Day so they can bring people to the polls to vote?

The Washington Times — Chuck Neubauer, May 26, 2010, Landmark Legal Foundation has asked the Internal Revenue Service to make sure three large national labor unions comply with tax and disclosure laws in their planned spending of nearly $100 million to save Democrats in the 2010 congressional elections.

Cambridge, MA — A first-ever national analysis of state spending per teacher on political advocacy by the National Education Association (NEA) and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) released today found that the national teachers unions and their state affiliates spent more than $100 per teacher in five states, with Oregon at the top of the list at $360 per teacher during the 2007-08 election cycle. The report, authored by Mike Antonucci, director of the Education Intelligence Agency, and available on the web at www.educationnext.org, also found that political spending from teachers union dues topped $1 million during the 2007-08 period in 14 states, with California on top at $12.6 million.

Unions have made no secret that they plan to spend $100 million dollars to keep Democratic incumbents in office in 2010. In addition, they plan to use hundreds of thousands of man-hours with their members "campaigning " and "organizing" in key election districts all across America.

Here is what the president of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) told Fox News with regard to the midterm elections, "We have got to protect the incumbency in the House. We have got to protect the incumbency in the Senate...It is going to be hard. Those tea-baggers are out there. There is an anti-incumbency mood out there." This sounds more like a statement from a party chairman than a union president.

Here is what communications director Steve Smith of the California labor Federation said with regard to their upcoming election efforts, "We are going to devote more resources to the 2010 campaign than we have ever done in any prior campaign." The list goes on and on,

I guess that my question is that if the unions can afford to put that kind of money in elections to try and control who is elected, they could come up with the money they have stolen from their pension funds instead of asking the U.S. Taxpayer to bail them out.

I am not a conspiracy theorist, even in the very darkest period of the cold war when at any moment the world could be eradicated by some idiot who pushed a button, in my heart I know that sanity would prevail.  You see, I am the eternal optimist, especially when it comes to my beloved America, WHAT A COUNTRY.

On August 4, 2010, a group of BLACK CONSERATIVE AMERICANS gartered together at the National Press Club to introduce themselves in a press conference to the American mainstream media to show the media members and America in general that there were a number of BLACK, CONSERATIVE, AMERICANS, in the TEA PARTY and counter act the well publicized Democratic lie that the Tea Party is racist.  I can only imagine the number of chest pains and cerebral apoplexy that were felt during this press conference.

To my black friends that have told me how they are shunned by others, especially other blacks, for there conservative principles and believes, you are not alone.  To my white friends that hold racist believes, what are your thoughts now are you ready to put aside your racist believes and fight to save our country and everyone’s freedom?

OK, I am thorough; I have been called a racist by Maxine Waters because she got caught with her hand in the cookie jar and the only reason that she is being prosecuted is because she is black.  I have been called a homophobe by gays in California because seven million people agreed with me that marriage is designed to be between a man and a woman in our religious beliefs. For over a decade I have been called a racist because I believe in the rule of law, that illegal is illegal, and that if you are an illegal alien in my country you need to be deported. Now I am being called an Islamophobic because I think that there is a very bad man who wants to cause our country harm with a slap in the face by building a Mosque next to ground zero.

Never, in the entire history of the world has there EVER been a country that has opened its heart and its purse like the United States of America.  When the earthquake disaster shook Haiti, the good old USA was first in line to help, even though we knew that only half of everything we sent would be skimmed off the top for the corrupt political leaders,  although  we had given over a billion dollars in aid to Haiti before the earthquake.  This is fact, talk to anyone who has tried to get aid to Haiti or any other third world country, you are doing a good job if you get fifty percent of what you sent in to the people that need it.

In my last blog I told you about the “political class” that has been allowed to take control of our country.  They have not done this alone; they have had to take on partners in order to keep the power that we have allowed them to have.  In order to keep that power they have had to sell their soul and our country in order to continue.  You have watched this happen and did not realize what they were doing, they were doing the three card Monte trick on you, while you were watching the card they wanted you to watch, they hid the queen.

One of the partners they took on were the illegal aliens. They have sold your country, bankrupt numerous states, and killed thousands of people in order to allow illegal aliens to become a part of our everyday life.  Until this blog and a few others started telling you the real card that you needed to look at was the vote card, this whole illegal alien issue is about turning them into voters, Democratic voters.  Oh don’t worry, Bush and the Republicans were just as bad, they placated the illegal aliens hoping to get there vote, anyone who was in Congress or the Presidency over the past twenty five years and voted to allow this to happen should be brought up on criminal treason charges, that vote allowed people to die.

It is that very compassion, the understanding, the tolerance, the love for our fellow man that will be our downfall and will be the end to the United States of America.  Just like the “political class” the partners that they have taken on have learned, as did the “political class” that if you work the compassion, understanding, and tolerance, you can get Americans to fall for anything in the name of Political Correctness.

One of the best examples I can give you is the compassion and tolerance we have for allowing illegal aliens to sneak into our country hours away from having a child and then go to the first hospital they could find and have a child, then to give that child automatic citizenship.  Every other country in the world requires that the mother or father of the child be a citizen of the country in order for the child to become a citizen.

You, like most other Americans, think like a westerner, which is a good thing if you are dealing with other like thinking people.  We are dealing with third world people who are pushed by money and political ideologies that are not western; their ideologies are meant to redistribute wealth, and to divide by class, the have and the have not’s.  The thinking is that there is a war, however, not one where a shot will be fired, one where the end will come with a whimper not a bang.  That whimper will be the sound that America will make when they learn that Americans have lost their freedom.

This latest partner the “political class” has taken on; the moderate Muslim is very dangerous and has learned from the mistakes of others that have tried to kill America.  The Progressive Socialist Democrats, the political correct party, that is running the show currently and driving the country over the cliff, have maintained their PC standing; they have made friends with moderate Muslims. The only problem is to find the lost moderate Muslim in America.

If you want to understand the moderate Muslim, you need to go to Europe.  Over the past twenty five years Europe has been overrun with Muslims wanting to find a better way of life than the one they had in their country.  The problem was that they did not want to leave any of their ideologies and any of their religious traditions behind.  What they wanted was to have a separate Muslim area within their host country and be allowed to run their own way of life, courts and banking (“SHARIA LAW”), separate from their host country.

When the Muslim immigrants were not allowed by the host country to have their way of life separate from the host country, they took to the streets.  Just like our illegal alien problem, the Muslim immigrants of Europe have drained the welfare system and have taken to the street in protest.  Last year it took weeks for France to bring the riots under control while property, homes, and businesses were destroyed.

This is not a new problem; the following was written in 2005 by Robert S. Leiken, Director of the Immigration and National Security Program at the Nixon Center and a nonresident Fellow at the Brookings Institution.  “Jihadist networks span Europe from Poland to Portugal, thanks to the spread of radical Islam among the descendants of guest workers once recruited to shore up Europe's postwar economic miracle. In smoky coffeehouses in Rotterdam and Copenhagen, makeshift prayer halls in Hamburg and Brussels, Islamic bookstalls in Birmingham and "Londonistan," and the prisons of Madrid, Milan, and Marseilles, immigrants or their descendants are volunteering for jihad against the West.”

“It was a Dutch Muslim of Moroccan descent, born and socialized in Europe, who murdered the filmmaker Theo van Gogh in Amsterdam last November. A Nixon Center study of 373 mujahedeen in Western Europe and North America between 1993 and 2004 found more than twice as many Frenchmen as Saudis and more Britons than Sudanese, Yemenites, Emiratis, Lebanese, or Libyans. Fully a quarter of the jihadists it listed were western European nationals -- eligible to travel visa-free to the United States.”

“The emergence of homegrown mujahedeen in Europe threatens the United States as well as Europe. Yet it was the dog that never barked at last winter's Euro-American rapprochement meeting. Neither President George W. Bush nor Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice drew attention to this mutual peril, even though it should focus minds and could buttress solidarity in the West.”

Once again the “political class” is thinking like a westerner, their so called moderate Muslim friends are for the most part still thinking like a third world country citizen.  If you think for one minute that any moderate Muslim, if there is such a person, would give up any of their Muslim ideologies and any of their religious traditions for America, you have your head deeply implanted in the sand.  Their help to build their host country has not happened, it has not happened in Europe and it will not happen in America.

The moderate Muslims are just as much to blame for the terrorist attack on the world as the Muslims that did the attack, you could say, they are accessories, they have done NOTHING to stop the people that they claim has high jacked their religion.  If my religion had been high jacked by a group of radicals, I would be screaming at the top of my lungs to try and get rid of them.  That has not happened from any moderate Muslim, including Imam Abdul Rauf, who is on an around the world tour at the expense of the US Taxpayer to spread the good word about how easy it is to take advantage of America.

See, this is where you have to educate yourself; you need to go online and search the web to find web sites that carry what Imam Abdul Rauf is saying on his around the world trip.  What he says when he is talking to a radio station in Egypt?   What he says to a newspaper in another country, and then translate it back into English. This is where you find the truth; you see the good Imam has to say what the Muslim countries want to hear, this is one place that he can’t speak from both sides of his face.  He is also aware that here he can speak what he really feels without the chance that his real feelings will get back to America.

His advice on one occasion while talking to the press was to dress and present yourself as you would to a woman whom you had met and wanted to impress. You would not want her to know everything about you so you would show her what she wanted to see.  This is what is needed to be done by moderate Muslims in America in order to have acceptance in America.

Forget for a moment the fact that Imam Abdul Rauf, the chosen moderate darling of the “political class”, is a liar who supports radical Muslims, he has repeatedly refused to denounce Hamas as a terrorist organization, and has repeatedly refused to give the source of the money for the Mosque near ground zero, does this sound like a moderate? 

There is no way I can express in strong enough language; that you only have one chance to stop the insanity of the “political class”.  If you allow November to go by and you do not do something to stop the Progressive Socialist Democrats, you only have yourself to blame for what is coming, the loss of your freedom.  You can call me anything you want, I will not allow you to take my freedom.  I will not allow you to turn my country into the country you came from.

Again, I want to make this very clear. None of these issues are about who or what you are, the color of your skin, or how you worship or do not worship God, it is about what you are doing that we feel is wrong.  If you are here illegally, GO HOME, if you want Sharia Law in my country, GO HOME, if you want to destroy the freedom of this country that brought you here to start with, GO HOME.

You owe it to yourself and your children to know as much as you can about your freedom, BEFORE YOU LOSE IT!

Chapter 13, verse 11 of the Qur’an, “God does not change what is in a people until they change what is in themselves.”

Once more the President of the United States, Barack Obama, has taken the back of his hand to the face of the people of America.  Today Mr. Obama decided that it would be best, and in the public interest, if he supported the Mosque that Imam Abdul Rauf wants to build near ground zero.

Why this should be a surprise to anyone is amazing to me, after all, it was just last week that Obama decided that he would give a slap to the face of Americans by appointing Rauf as spokesman from the State Department to discuss Muslim life in America on the taxpayers dollar.

It is bad enough that they have to face the misguided political correctness and stupidity of the Mayor of New York who supports the Mosque, now they get to watch Obama give this terrorist supporting Imam validity in the government’s eyes by the State Department appointment and now his support for the Mosque.

I can’t help but wonder how Obama would react, if he would be as understanding, if a White Supremacist Church wanted to build a church in Memphis, TN, within two blocks of the Lorraine Motel, near the National Civil Rights Museum where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was murdered?

You can bet that I would be the first one in the street protesting against the church.  Does the White Supremacist Church have the right to built the church within two blocks of the National Civil Rights Museum, YES, is it the right thing to do, NO.  Does Islam have a right to build a Mosque within two blocks of ground zero, YES, is it the right thing to do, NO.

Forget for a moment the fact that the group that is supporting the Mosque is a Muslim group that supports Sharia Law and wants to see Sharia Law applied in America.  I wrote a blog on June, 25^th about Sharia Law entitled “SHARIA LAW, A PROBLEM YOU CAN'T IGNORE!!!” and can be found on this site at, http://www.aredneckblog.com/blog.php?user=RedNeck¬e=4291, you should read this blog to understand the dangers of Sharia Law and how it will affect America.  You should also read the negative affect it is having on European countries and the problem they are having getting rid of the Muslim law after it has been approved.

If the Imam really wants to bring people together let him build a Mosque with a Synagogue, Church, and a Temple within the Mosque building.  If the Imam finds this idea to be offensive, maybe he could build a medical clinic for homosexual street people, to help the street people of New York?  Maybe the good Imam would consider a homeless BBQ food kitchen to help feed the hungry street people?

None of these suggestions would be acceptable to the good Imam; some would even say that I am insensitive for even suggesting the Muslims embrace other religious, a homosexual, or pork in a Mosque, because the Qur’an forbids allowing any of them in a Mosque.  Almost as insensitive as the suggestion of a White Supremacist Church within two blocks of the National Civil Rights Museum or a Mosque within two blocks of where almost 3,000 people died at the hands of other radical Muslims.

One of the problems that I have had with the Obama Administration from day one is the fact that they have been oblivious to the needs and the desires of the American people.  In fact, it has been obvious that Obama has done almost everything he can to try not to listen to what the people wants and has appeared to continue on a course that is only known to him as his polls continue to drop.

On March 15, 2010, Obama was out on another of his Sell America tours in Strongsville, Ohio trying to sell his national health care bill.  In his speech, he told the crowd about a talk that he had a talk with Dennis Kuninich on the way over to speak to the crowd. The fact that Obama confers with Dennis Kuninich about anything gives me anything but a warm fuzzy felling about our future.  Dennis Kuninich is so far left you need field glasses to find him.

“I was talking to Dennis Kucinich on the way over here about this. The American people want to know if it’s still possible for Washington to look out for these interests, for their future.  So what they’re looking for is some courage.  They’re waiting for us to act.  They’re waiting for us to lead.  They don’t want us putting our finger out to the wind.  They don’t want us reading polls.  They want us to look and see what is the best thing for America, and then do what’s right.  (Applause)  And as long as I hold this office, I intend to provide that leadership.  And I know these members of Congress are going to provide that leadership.  I don’t know about the politics, but I know what’s the right thing to do.”

Really Mr. President, could you please give me some of the right things you knew to do and did them. Surely you are not talking about Tarp, or Health Care, most Americans did not want them.  Are you talking about your suing Arizona, or the statement about the Mosque at ground zero, or the 27 hour vacation in the Gulf States, when most Americans did not want you to do that? Obama makes some good points, “They’re waiting for us to act.  They’re waiting for us to lead.” 

The two latest examples of the “action and lead” example is his support of the Mosque at ground zero and his 27 hour vacation to the Gulf Coast and his photo op with his daughter in the Gulf waters.  Now let me make sure that I have this right, politicians children are off limits, however, politicians can bring their children out whenever they want to try and cover their butt and it makes political points.
For some reason I do not feel that the RedNecks in the Gulf States are stupid enough to overlook the $500,000 dollar trip to Spain for a week that your wife and daughter took with a few well chosen friends and that snubbed their noses at the RedNeck people of the Gulf States.

Who advises this man on action and leadership? Did he not hear James Carville (The Mouth of The South) when he said, “These people are hurting down heeerer; you need to get down heeerer NOOW.”  Did Obama not think that the people on the Gulf Cost would have benefited more if his wife and daughter spend a week on the Gulf Cost rather than a week in Spain?  If you had pulled your head out of whatever orifice you have it stuck in you would know what the polls said.  Oh, I forgot, you are not going to listen to the polls are you?

Never mind that polls are the opinions of the American people, we are not going to listen to the polls, unless they are helping us.  Hold on, I am confused again, now in your speech Mr. President you said, “They want us to look and see what is the best thing for America, and then do what’s right.”  How else do you know what America wants if you do not listen to the polls?  Americans can’t call up their elected officials and tell them what they want, they are like you, and they don’t listen and don’t appear to care. Just how did that $500,000 week in Spain help the American people?

What is really strange is that Obama appears to be taking everyone down with him by not listening to the polls. Americans continue to express near-record-low confidence in newspapers and television news which has been in bed with Obama from day one, Congress has an approval rating, depending on who you ask, at an all time low, even the states and the Governors that support Obama are dropping in the polls. Floridians showed their displeasure with only 36 percent of them saying the country is headed the right direction while 37 percent feel that way about their state and Crist who supports Obama.

Me, I have to go with the Washington Examiner's Michael Barone, one of the nation’s most astute political analysts, when he makes it clear that Obama may be in more political trouble than he or many of his allies are prepared to publicly admit.  That article was written in May, on Tuesday, the president’s approval had fallen to 44.4 percent. Disapproval had jumped to 50.4 percent, a new low for Obama.  While Obama might not want to listen to polls, other politicians do listen to the polls, when Obama starts getting no invites from other Democrats to come and support them, maybe he will start listing then.

Now if someone in the White House wanted to have an adviser on what most middle class Americans want, I would be more than happy to give them a few pointers.  You see, I have been middle class all of my life, and I have been a RedNeck all of my life which is longer than most of the Obama Administration staff have been alive.  I could have told Obama that he would have been better off listening to The Mouth of The South, James Carville, rather than his wife, about where she should have gone on vacation.

Well it appears that the stupid cloud that rained on Obama has struck again and this time Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi got wet and she is still standing under the cloud.  You would think, would you not, that anyone that has seen the amount of stupid that covered Obama when he opened his mouth about the Mosque at ground zero would have known that it would be better to use Superman’s cape as a handkerchief than to open your mouth about the Mosque at ground zero.

Oh, I forgot, Obama and the Democrats have been very open about the fact that they are not going to listen to the polls and in their words, “put our finger in the wind to see which way the wind is blowing.”  If they had been listening to all the polls that are out there, they would have known that we little people all over the U.S. do not want to see a Mosque built within two blocks of ground zero.  Why in the financial district and why when there is already a Mosque four blocks away?

Oh No, not the ever political correct Ms. Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi who does not listen to polls or apparently not to us little people.  Even though Obama is covered in stupid from talking about it, she would never make that kind of mistake.  After all she is the sweet and lovable Speaker of The House, the first and only woman Speaker of The House, and no one would dare to speak evil of her. 

There is a hidden class of people in America that you need to know about, the “Political Class”!  Not all politicians are of the “Political Class”, not all of anything is everything, however, most politicians have become a member of the “Political Class.”  The best way to find out if a politician is a member of the “Political Class” is to look at the amount of time they have been in office.

This “Political Class” has given us a lot of things, not many of them good.  They have given us the judicial branch that just ruled that it is OK to tell a lie about your military history and any metals that you may or may not have won. To do so is not a lie but the expression of your right to free speech.  All the children out there take note, it is OK to lie to your parents, it is really is not a lie, it is nothing more than an expression of your free speech.

I am sure that every woman in America would be more than happy about her husband exercising his right to free speech about his night out with the boys for a bachelor party.  The “Political Class” has enjoyed this special freedom of speech for years.  Bill Clinton was a trend setter and was definitely ahead of his time with his classic line to Hillary and the American people when he did to Hillary and the American people what he had been doing to Monica with the statement, “I did not have sex with that woman”

Bill Clinton will be so proud; he can go down in history with these two top achievements to his credit.  Children are already having oral sex but not having sex because oral sex is not sex, Bill said so, and it is an accepted practice now to a generation of kids.  I can’t wait until some of my in-laws have a little girl and she uses some of the excuses on them that they have given me when they were younger.  Somehow I can’t believe that they will accept from their little Sally that she is not having sex, because oral sex is not sex.  Oh please God, allow me to stay around long enough for that one.

There are a lot of things that I find wrong with members of the “Political Class”, however, on the top of the list is their changing of American History to fit their own needs and to further their career, their family’s political career, or their party’s political future.  One of the best examples that I can give you is one that has taken place in the past sixty years.

Ask almost anyone who is responsible for the Civil Rights bill and they will tell you it was Democrat Lyndon Baines Johnson in 1965, right?  WRONG!  The real truth will surprise you more than you will ever know and when you find out the real truth you will wonder how in the world this lie happened right in front of your eyes and you did not know it. 

How did they hide the truth so that you were not given this information in school? The truth is that Republican President Eisenhower’s administration was responsible for the first civil rights bill and the bill was ostensibly managed by Republican leader Senator William Fife Knowland from California.

Lyndon Baines Johnson was Senate Majority Leader in 1957 when the Eisenhower administration wanted to pass the first Civil Rights bill since reconstruction. Johnson was against the bill and did not want it, however, he helped to pass a watered down bill by his normal intimidation method that he was noted for.  He convinced the liberals that this was the best bill they could hope for at the time and at the same time convinced the Southern State Democrats that a bill was going to be passed and this was the weakest bill.  

Senator Knowland, who had been the Senate Majority Leader prior to the previous election, was one of the major supports of the bill.  After the bill was passed Knowland was reported to have wept because of the bill's weakness and felt that it was a setback for civil rights.  Despite their differences, Johnson as President would look for advice and solace from Knowland during the hard times of his President. Their friendship lasted until Johnson's death in 1973.

If a politician has been in office for more than two terms, they are of the “Political Class”, if their father, mother, wife, sister, or brother is a career politician; they come from a family that is of the “Political Class.”  At this point, they have forgotten the difference between political service and political entitlement.  I would think that any normal right thinking person would have learned from the existing “Political Class” that has dominated the political scene for the past fifty years or so. 

From the Kennedy’s, the Bush’s, the Clinton’s, the Gore’s (Al’s father was a Senator.)  The best evidence of this is was the indignation of the Democratic Party when a Republican won Kennedy’s Senate Seat.  See, that is how the “Political Class” thinks, however, it was not Kennedy’s Senate Seat, it belonged to the people of MA.

Of course, there is the Vice President, Joseph Robinette Biden II and his son, Joseph Robinette "Beau" Biden III who is the Attorney General for the State of Delaware and whom I am sure will be looking at other political job in the future.  Then there are the Reid’s, Senator Harry Reid’s son Rory is running for Governor but not using the name Reid, just Rory.  Rory Reid was also the Chairman of the state Democratic Party.
