1. Is A Redneck Blog Free?
Yes, we just require that you stay within our terms of service and respect other rednecks.
2. Can anyone create an account on A Redneck Blog?
Yes, due to the fact that it is a Redneck Blog, it helps that you are a Redneck. Then, most folks are, they just don't know it. You also have to be 15 years of age.
3. How do I login to access my blog?
Loging in is very easy. You can access your blog in several ways: (1) If you are on the Main Page, there is a log-in screen in the left column. (2) If you are at your personal blog, you may see a “login”-Link (depending on which template you are using) which you can use to log in.
To log in, enter your username in the username field. In the password field, enter your password. The password field is CasE-sensitive.
4. Can I change the settings of my Blog?
Yes: After logging into your account, the user is directed to the dashboard. The dashboard is a welcome page, and is useful for gathering quick blog statistics. Click on the “Settings” link to access your blog settings.
5. How do I Edit or Delete a Blog Post?
A user can only edit or delete their posts. Users can edit a blog post by accessing the blog entry name in the “Notes” section. Please note that normally users cannot delete a post once someone has posted a comment to it.
6. Can I change my Blog Template?
Yes Log into your account and then click on “Template”. You will not lose any data if you change your template style.
7. How do I create a New Category?
Log into your Admin Control Panel, click on the “Notes” link, type “Category” name into the space provided. Your category name should not be more than 20 characters.
8. What is the Trackback or Permalink that is under my post?
TrackBack allows a blogger to see who has seen the original post and has written another entry concerning it on another blog. If somebody sends a trackback to your post, A Redneck Blog will show how many trackbacks the post has on your own blog for you
9. Can I advertise on my blog?
NO, if you look at the terms of service agreement you agreed to at the time you signed up, you are not allowed to place advertising banners or links on your blog.
10. What If I Find Content on a Blog that may offend or is Against a Law?
Should you find material that violates our terms of service, please report your concerns using out Contact Page. We investigate all reported incidents.
